i had my speaking test yesterday in PH, it went well. The assessor was quite nice as we gisted for about 3-5 minutes before starting the test.
Part 1 was on where do you live? How far is it from here? how long have you lived there? What do you do?

Part 2: Cue card
What do you understand as a perfect vacation or holiday (something lik that)
where will you go to?
What will you do there?
Why will you go there?

Part 3:
Do you think vacation/holiday is good for employees?
Dont you think vacations are expensive
What types of holidays do people have in your country?
Do you think it is beneficial to organizations?
Some employees do not go for vacations or holiday? WHat are the reasons.

I had to paraphrase some of the questions

I have the LRW on Saturday and afterwards countdown to the results to join the pool..

Please I have a few questions as regards filling of forms.
1) I was asked on the EE profile if I had applied to IRCC before and I clicked YES(this is because I had applied for visiting visa a few years ago with hubby but wasn't granted) but then it says if 'have I applied for EE before?.Nah there my confusion start.....

Brief history: under the old skilled worker of 100 points before EE, hubby applied and we got to the stage of medicals; it was passed and we were waiting for passport request and that was the time they started processing the Syrian refugees(from September 2018 to Feb 2016).When Accra picked up momentum again, we were eventually denied due to 'insufficient funds.
We didn't apply again since then....

Back to my question, am I supposed to click 'Yes' I have applied for express entry before or NO because it's asking me for UCI number which I'm not even sure I can find again(Kindly also note that I'm the principal applicant this time).

2)Hubby has a sibling in Canada.but I see there's no provision on the form for if the family you have there is yours or hubby's.should I just choose hubby family as mine on the form(I know that sounds ridiculous but I can't seem to find anything otherwise) and wait for ITA before I upload document like birth cert to show hubby family is the points We are claiming for relative?...Kindly epp me gurus in the house as I'm really confused as to how to go about it.

Good morning house pls I have a question on behalf of a friend. She's currently in the pool with crs 435 after yesterday's draw she decided she wld go to college then apply from Canada. Please when applying for trv she wld be asked if she has applied for other programs should her answer be yes? Considering that she only entered the pool and hasn't gotten ita. Cos she's is thinking of deleting.

Just got ITA but currently in the states with my wife and kids. My plan is to stay permanently here (without my wife's consent cos she's totally anti-immigration).

My concern however is that will it be possible for me to file all documentations including medicals from here or I'll have to cross over to the country as this was where I filed from initially?

Anyone with similar experience should please share.

Oga how many months have you spent in the states? Have you spent up to 6 months? If not abeg come home jejely and do the process from here. If Madam is not happy to emigrate and she is in the US illegally, when she becomes frustrated she will frustrate you oooooo.

If Madam should eat frog, make she eat the one that has eggs abeg. Canadian PR has egg, Illegal status in the US is frog without egg.

Issue with overstaying in the US is the FBI clearance, I am not sure you will get it if you are still in the state after your stay has expired. You may check other forum like canadianvisa, I am sure you arent the only one to have overstayed and tried to do EE thereafter. Infact I will be interested in knowing how it turns out, could be useful advice to people wey no dey hear word like you around me .

I did mine and got it back within a week. Probably you sent in a paper application. FBI has the electronic system which you can get your result in 3 - 5 business days (https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks).

Well, the issue is......I have modified my post above, see my point about FBI clearance...if he has spent 6months, he cannot go back to the US and he may not have anything to do here either....so wetin I wan talk again?
