PLEASE DO ASAP!!!! I'm surprised your hospital hasn't suggested formula till now! Food in the system is the surest way to eliminate jaundice faster cos the child will pass out the excess bilirubin thru the faeces.

Sorry can't tell o pics not clear enough.

May just be skin discolouration caused by many factors! See a doctor if it spreads or causes itching.

I know Delightful and The Little Big Kid Co sell a lot of toys (for one idiotic reason, the person supplying Ebeano supermarket toys priced them way over, some are N3000 more expensive). Delightful tends to update their website rather quick so take a pic of the Melissa and doug you want, it may be at their other branch and they will bring it for you. My in-law got the Pound-A-Peg that way.

1.Since on the 9th that I delivered tru CS I have not been able to pass out gas (mess/fart) and I don't kw what else to use cos I have taken peppermint sweet all to no avail.

2. My breast milk is not coming out at all.

Congrats ma. My doctors never really bothered about me farting as they were more interested in if i have done the major.
My breast milk did not come out too until i cleaned my nipples With water and cloth. While cleaning, i noticed some tinz on my nipple which formed during pregnancy and i removed them. Immediately i did, i saw breast milk coming out little by little and that was it.

As per ur BM like dey advised, u can keep squeezing it softly and keep putting ur baby to breast. The colostrum (some yellowish liquid) wld come out first and then BM would follow eventually...Ensure he takes the colostrum as it is very essential to raise the level of his immunity to certain....

Thank you mama's for taking out time to answer my questions. As for the passing of gas that one is a thing of the past now cos my bombom don release the GAS now now oo. grin

and as for the breast milk my colleague that came to see me today used olive oil to clean it very well for me. Hopefully kamsi will use his mouth to bring out the remaining milk.
