princfred:Chai! Natural loathing, kwa? You sabi lie, o! The Yoruba girls (especially the ones in Lagos), have now become wiser about the games being played by the Igbo guys, so they choose to avoid them, whenever they come calling. A few are yet to learn their lesson however, and they fall prey to those sweet-talking Igbo boys, only to have their hearts shattered at the last minute. There is one of those girls that came for counselling with my Pastor's wife today, you need to have heard her story.... TheAngry1:Don't mind that clown. Ask him how many Yoruba women he knows, that led him to jump to that useless conclusion. Most of the Yoruba women I know, appreciate attention, respect and love and would gladly move mountains to be with the ones they love. Like the one in my life, for example... ![]() |

Cutehector:Love is a beautiful thing. I have dated an igbo guy before, and I can say he was a great guy. It was my parents disapproval that made us part ways. I'm married to a Yoruba now and he's even greater, 10 years now and still counting. If you can cross the parents' hurdles, then she's all yours. But these are turn offs that will pitch you against her or her people, now or in future: -Not respecting her and her parents all because you are rich. -Telling her not to work or sit at home minding the kids, kai! So my dear, its worth the trial. Forget all these tribal tantrums here, people just come here to relax, they say things just to get 'likes'. All the best. |
