The people that calls themselves Palestine today are Jordanians. So, yes, Palestine has a homeland and that homeland is the country of Jordan. This territorial issue has been tendered to the UN for peace resolution between both nations then US acted before UN decided. It's violation of international law we all pretend to promote and it seems the US tend to be democratic in intentional deplomacy only when it's favoured.
