By this time yesterday, diamond offer was about 44million. Today its 27million. Thats an improvement lol. Chibuking81 was right. It might not go below 1.50.
I like your comportment on Diamond bank. I have the stock and I am not selling at loss. I will make good profit from Diamond bank. Forget the offer it is because of the poor result. I am really expecting the Bull because everything is ripe for that. Inflation rate is down, crude oil is rising, CBN will soon reduce MPR and budget will soon be passed what else is remaining? I am 100% certain that the bull is around the corner. Trust Diamond MM to do the needful.

Nigerians Jubilate as Crude Oil Price Nears $80 per Barrel
https://www.businesspost.ng/2018/05/15/nigerians-jubilate-as-crude-oil-price-nears-80-per-barrel/

Inflation in Nigeria Eases to 12.48% in April—NBS
https://www.businesspost.ng/2018/05/15/nigerias-inflation-eases-to-12-48-in-april-nbs/

The last FAAC meeting showed that income from NNPC was less than expected even though oil went as high as $75 in february. Hence they couldnt pay salaries conveniently.

The buttom line is that for pump price to remain at N145 they are secretly subsidising the product.

As long as they keep subsidising it, higher oil prices will injure our economy.

Misleading post...... This company is not listed on the NSE. Buyer beware!!! wink
Nice job, please educate us the more on their difference, Conoil PLC and Conoil producing.

One of the primary equity holder in one of the leading companies in refined products marketing in Nigeria ( Conoil PLC)

It's clear now they are not the same, but has some relationship.

In this their relationship, which of them contributes to the other?

It was not necessarily a scam. Everything to point to current performance is in past accounts. Its just people looking at tell tale signs and refusing to see it. Go back and look at that Bank's financials for the past 3 years (including quarterly statements). Non Performing Loans ratio is rising, loan impairment charges in past two years average N56 billion, earning per share has been dropping for consecutive quarters etc. Anybody who sees this will know something is wrong and can only rely on the general bull to drive this share price up.

No be scam my brother. Its about looking and not seeing.

People want a clairvoyant to tell them what to buy.

No DD done by the buyers. grin

I beg to differ. Pple had genuine and valid expectations. The economy had improved and loan recoveries stepped up. NPL of most banks like FBNH was on a steady fall with writebacks seen in banks like stanbic. Even if impairment was flat year on year, they should have atleast matched the previous year's performance. When you also add the money made from divestments (22billion) you see why even morgan capital placed a target price of 5.71 on Diamond bank. They played a fast one on us all, nairametrics guy inclusive(given his countenance since the result) but their plan will not work. I go dey this bank, Dozie and co will not buy me off.

Who played a fast one on you?

When someone with money meets someone with experience, the person with experience ends up with the money and the person with the money ends up with the experience.

People tend to learn lessons (experience) when they fail to do DD.

To me, Oando should be avoided for now until the coast is clear. Remember the suspension was lifted when Bubu needed Jagaban and if Bubu gets a second term next year, he might dump Jagaban like he did in his first term and Oando might "hear wen" by that time.

which of the tinubus owns oando jagaban or wale tinubu, are they related, pls o! 4give my prudery

All in Diamond bank, at 1.64 get ready to drop, because one of my good friend has collected the key from Peter to open some doors, Diamond might close today between 1.67/1.72.
They have seen to reach their bottom today.

But prayers of those that received hair cut, might drag them down to 1.40/1.50.

Lol, I don port yesterday at 0.42. veritaskap full offer is due to profit taking, I made 74% gain in 3wks, bought at 0.21. I'm still watching to see how low it falls for a possible re-entry.
Meanwhile Sovereign Trust Insurance about to do same run. Watch out!!!
