Good evening everyone. Quick question please. Is it advisable to submit a SCHEDULE A form upfront when filling the application, if i have been refused a Visa before? If so, how do i go about it. Should it be downloaded and hand filled or electronically? Should it contain all the info contained in personal history i.e all both information for claimed and unclaimed points? Sorry if it seems I'm rambling. I'm just confused and would appreciate a detailed info on this Schedule A form thing. Thanks |

futureenergy: I think it depends on the school. Some schools will not accept the evaluated copy. The official transcripts must be sent directly from one's institution(s) for it to be acceptable. 1 Like |

I have applied for the canadian express entry and i have received an ITA, problem i have is, one of the employees i listed in the work experience portion of my express entry profile wont be able to provide me with a reference. i understand in the permanent residence application, i can remove and add work experiences, but in my express entry profile i have realized that i cant, my question is for everyone in the house please. the Canadian peeps use the information i provide in my express entry profile or the information i provide in the permanent residency application? do they use both? should i just decline the invitation, and resubmit a fresh express entry application ? i really need solid advice on this, as am weary of being blacklisted |

jelmusboy:Which assurance? Nigerian politicians and systems are the ones 70% responsible for legal and illegal immigrations in the first place. They would have got the assurances that Norway has for her citizens, let us see who will even wanna migrate legally let alone illegally. 2 Likes |

ednut1: ednut1..how many days did it take them before they responded to the email? Won't it be better to tell other aspiring people to just use ICAS that doesn't require confirmation when it comes to unilorin. Like seriously...just heard you have to pay an extra 5k for them to confirm and it takes weeks for them to even respond. |

Thanks bro. I think I will check with the ICAN office in Abuja. I forgot to mention that I used my ATS to get HND Accountancy (2 years FT) which I used to get BSc (2 years PT); hope this won't cause any glitch during WES ECA? Kindly advise. hayor2014: |

I will advise that you reject the ITA immediately, especially if your points without including the said employer is enough to guarantee another ITA. Yes, they use both the info from your EE application and e-APR, so you do not want any inconsistencies. I recall that GlitteringStar posted sometime ago that she learned via GCMS notes that the VO noted consistency between EE and e-APR information, so that means they clearly check! Please note that regardless of the implications for your CRS points, you are required to supply evidence of every employment for which you were awarded points under work experience. So, while declining the ITA might be painful, it is likely the foolproof way of staying safe. Hopefully, others can also offer some advice in case I missed something. Bonvieto: 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by Randomsue: 10:40pm On May 19, 2018 |
thekingskiddy: I learnt from research that this is not true. So far the change does not cause your score to drop below the ITA score for which you were invited, you should have no problem. This means for FSW, if you still have a minimum of 3years experience in NOC a,b or 0 after removing the experience you want to take out or if your score was high enough to begin with to still give you a good score after the deduction, you're good. Instead of just wasting ITA slots. I'm changing my NOC from what i selected pre-ITA so I have a material difference in my application, let's see how it goes 3 Likes |

Bonvieto: There are other ways to prove work experience like getting a former colleague to write a personal reference on a plain sheet, showing payslips, employment letter, promotion letters etc. Just Google to see what the alternatives are before resorting to declining ITA 5 Likes 1 Share |

Bonvieto: You can remove the work experience from your work history and then move to the personal history section. However, try to recalculate your score and be sure that removing it will not affect your eligibility and that your CRS score (after recalculating) will not go below the minimum score for your round of invitation. "Changes to your personal situation: If your situation (or that of your spouse or partner) changes, you should try to re-calculate your points/score before you decide to apply for permanent residence. If your new score is lower than the minimum points/score in the round of invitation from which you were invited to apply, you should consider declining the invitation to apply. You should also consider declining the invitation to apply if you no longer meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry" 1 Like |
