Sunday rice and stew.
It's been a culture in the family for many years.
We don't miss a Sunday without rice, even when there's nothing much to cook it with, we cook it anyhow. A Sunday without rice is like a day without sunshine.

I usually don't like eating rice and stew in separate plates, but today is different... Lol.
Shhhhhhh... There is beans and plantain hidden under the rice grin

Lol
Dodo is fried plantain o.
Shebi you know plantain? Just cut it up in any shape you like, add a lil bit of salt (optional) and fry (some like it just lightly fried, some brown and others slightly burnt)
