I'd prefer cremation if introduced, that way I can still have their ashes, part of them around. I'd prefer it. Been thinking about it. I still miss my Grandad after 15 years

I disagree with a reason.

We are a bag of what we eat just covered by thick skin.

So it is only fair that when we die, we are buried, so the nutrients can be decomposed by microbes into manure for flora and fauna to be fertilized with for the later consumption of other animals into nutrients, which will end up in the body of other humans.

Every day you eat nutrients from dead animals and plants. You kill animals and you kill plants to eat, yet even though these entities allow you to die your own death, you want to deprive them of the nutrients which they need to recycle for other humans to eat ?

That is not being fair at all. Except you accept that when we are cremated, our ashes be sprinkled on farmlands as manure, it is only on such ground that I will accept to be cremated, if not, I should be buried not too far from the surface, may be 4 to 6 feets deep, so that other microbes can decompose the body, for the rains/flood to soak up the nutrients and spread into farmlands for other microbes, plants and animals to enjoy.

That seems fair to me.
