Each Deposit Money Banks have their different mode of operations.
Banks like First Bank..Stanbic IBTC and few others are instant.....they will debit you fully, and afterwards, credit you with the discounted interest..
GTBANK will debit you the discounted amount at the accredited time....mostly evening better 4:00-6:00Pm.
am particular about gtb

That should be Burma Road,Apapa or so if I'm correct.
See what you will do......Since it has gotten this level, you will have to visit their head office and ask of "TRUST unit"..That's where treasury bills is treated officially in head office...Tell them your account officers are playing a fast one on you...that you have lost integrity you use to have with them....that infact you want to file a complain again them with CBN complaint commission on Treasury Bills....
Tell them that you are sick and tired of this pranks that they are playing with your money that you understand the logic behind it very well.
Head office will ring your account officers in your presence and query them.
Branches hates calls from Head office...
I can remember when i reported my Accounting officer to another Branch....they immediately wrote an E-Query to her boss.....she immediately called me and calmed me down...,she explained that she can be sacked for this....infact,she even named most people that were sacked simply because of customer's complain...so i decided to exercise a little restrain...
Though, she's now very cautious of me....knowing I'm a no nonsense person.
Ok look at what happened last week, after my 364 days bid failed,i called her and requested for any secondary Market tenure closest to 364 days.....she replied ..Sir,there's no secondary market rate for now,if there is,i will let you know....I replied for two weeks now..?..ok no problem i know where and how to get it myself....she angrily ended the call...she knows I'm unpredictable, and anything might happen the following day.....
The following day,i went to a different branch and requested for a secondary market tenor closest to 364 days, the enquiry staff told me to call my account officer which i refused profusely.....after all the long talk,he gave me the rates and tenor for secondary Market..I immediately ringed my account officer,..before i could start a conversation, she said, sir your TB have been treated, you will be debited soon.....i just smiled in my mind......she has already suspected I will make a move.
By 5.16pm i was debited the discounted amount for 226 days @ 11%....
well,i thank God for every..

You have to revisit them again professionally..
I don't know what they see you as....but trust me,you have to be very tough and rigid this time..
Tomorrow,i will be subscribing for another secondary market tenor closest to 364 days....watch me,i will be debited that same tomorrow..
You have to build up your reputation Intelligently ,with them & let them know that you are intolerant..
In Nigeria, our system doesn't value anyone who's tolerant..,they will only see you as a foolish fellow....but they will take you serious if you handle them in a tough, intelligent & mean approach.
The case of Buhari vs GEJ.
Buhari is feared because he's a no-nonsense person and intolerant...Hence,he always get what he wants.
Even the famous NLC never protested when he increased fuel price....why,because he's feared.
GEJ is seen as a weak and foolish fellow because he is tolerant......thus,he even lost his poll unit in Asorock.
Despite the hatred Nigerians have for Buhari,he always get what he wants smoothly and even faster compared to GEJ.
I wish you the best of luck.

For now,it's not poor, considering the last stop rate which is a corresponding 10% for 91 days @ the Primary Markets.....
Any rates below 10% is considered down-and-out.
