I think so except the case has a k-leg. VO is Ottawa, I have seen Ottawa cases later transferred to London and Ghana. One dude spent one year in Ottawa but him case get plenty k-legs.

My worry worry friend , how are you? you are doing good so far. Cheers.

lol tbaby, I just reviewed again now and I see "Case Processing Centre" to be Ottawa. I may be wrong but it appears all applications go to Ottawa before being sent to the respective VO.
What do you think ?

Please, have anyone completed their WES evaluation using a statement of result instead of the certificate itself? I'm in a tight situation with my school and its taking mad long to get my degree certificate.

Hello Guys I raised a CSE after 35 days to confirm where my Express Entry application is being treated and I got a response after 2 weeks stating the attached. Does this mean my VO is ottawa ? Does this mean my case will be treated solely at OTTAWA and I wont be transferred to LVO ?

I think your file hasn't been transferred to a visa office at the time your request was attended to. It's also possible that your file is being treated at Ottawa. I do know that CPC-Ottawa processing is different from VO processing. All files go there first before onward transfer to various VOs

Yep, they all go to Ottawa but when was your AOR, thinking it should have been moved already if it was going.

Thanks very much. I will put it into consideration..

Hi. I think it is possible. However, put into consideration how long you’ll be staying so that you’re able to get your result (both soft and hard copies) within the three weeks you mentioned.

the problem is most probably WES, yes WES destroyed me once by giving me inaccurate evaluation results for which I missed my OINP NOI. And now this is happening again. Recently, I came across two people who was complaining that even after completing F1,F2 and F3 they got one semester evaluation from WES. However, in the past we have seen many got one year completion out of ACCA. Now, whether WES has changed their evaluation of ACCA from one year to one semester? most probably thats the case.

You people and WES should stop using expensive joke to joke o. Dreams have been hinged on this.

Ok So i contacted IDP Australia on this EOR issues with MOD IDP.

So it seems they do actually send the scripts to Australia.

Oh, lovely, the best thing for people to do whenever they request for EOR is to mail IDP Australia to ascertain they get it. How was the outcome of your EOR, +ve or it remained unchanged?

PART 5- ITA (FSW)- CRS 441 (May 23, 2018)- It ended in praise!

IELTS- IDP (MAY 25, 2018)

L- 8

R- 8

S- 7

W- 6.5
sad angry

IDP, like seriously??

I am beginning to believe folks' opinions about the possible lack of total honesty of test organizers in Nigeria. I verily suspect it is fast becoming a big ticket business for these guys- BC & IDP and they are not ready to let poor us off the hook any time soon!! It is just so unfortunate on multiple grounds! Can you imagine after paying 68k for the test, only to dole out 15k/45k for re-marking again?? These people should fear God oooo!!!

I feel the pains of all my people here who got great scores in listening, reading and speaking only to be disappointed with the writing test...Honestly, there's something fishy here.
How do you want to explain it that someone got 9, 8.5, 8/7.5 in L, R and S...and now that same brain got a 6.5 in writing? It doesn't make sense!

It will get to a stage we will proceed to Benin or Ghana to write IELTS so as to get objective marking...at least, over there, let's hope they are not yet infested with everything wrong with our "system" here. I'm so upset...I read all the great scores in the previous pages...those scores were supposed to be great ITA CLINCHING SCORES now marred by dubiously marked writing test.

IDP may have tainted my "rep" with a 6.5 for whatever it's worth (Never happened before, BC wont even try it...we are talking about "writing" here oooo grin) but hey, you cares? God has done it already! grin

All the same, It still ended in praise grin grin

NB: Guys, lets keep the hope high, it will happen soon! (We may have to open a public petition against the grading of the test by IDP in Nigeria and get the petition across to IDP Australia for necessary action)

Thanks. I can't even think of writing this exam again. I am really tired.

Chin up Rose and expect the best from your remark.

PS: What's with the 6.5 with MOD IDP writing?

@teecann, another reason to be thankful for not locking up your last BC score via EOR route but choosing to see if CRS scores drop. Good decision you made.

I'm forced to believe someting is going on with the way Nigerian ielts results are marked. How can one explain very decent results across bands with writing being pegged at 6.5? It is just annoying

This trend of W6.5 is really disturbing angry.

You see the Indians that can barely construct a good sentence devoid of spelling, tenses and/or grammatical errors hitting 7's and 8's in their writing and speaking. "I gave IELTS test last week..." instead of "I wrote/sat for IELTS test last week...", yet they do so well. I'm not hating though.

Could it be that test location is a key determinant to marking scheme? Could it have been a calculated effort at frustrating some people out of the EE scheme (I'd doubt this though)? Could it be some sort of revenue "maximizing" strategy by the examiners (this is Nigeria where such things aren't alien to us anymore)? How come everyone falls just below the 7.0 mark?

ArabianRose, cuteyangel and all the others affected by this, please set your eyes on the destination. The end will surely justify the means, if you do not give up. Remember, its #destinationCanada

Well said my friend @mcstan18

So true for the bolded above!! I'm in the same international whatsapp groups with these guys and I'm like "how do these people scale IELTS with these types of constructs?"

Obviously, they are marked more leniently than us in Naija.

I can't forget one day that I replied to a message on one of the whatsapp groups that I'm following and the Indian guys there began to pass humorous comments like "why am I reproducing IELTS reading passage for them...that my chat read like a passage from IELTS Reading test" grin

Can you imagine?? Common day to day vocabulary usage in Naija amongst secondary school students oooo....see me see wahala....and above all that, they are the ones declaring stellar results on LIZIELTS blog....it's just so unfortunate!!

But one thing is certain...

It will end in praise IJN!!!

The issue is not with those who can't speak English fluently.
The problem is the markers of the IELTS writing in Nigeria.
Please let's not mention a 'race' here.
