Well… Virginity is almost becoming a watered term in the recent years. It’s almost becoming a crime in some worlds to remain a virgin in your 20s. In fact, some are of the school of “test before buying” while few attach some decency to Virginity. It should be noted that Virginity does not have to do with ladies only, guys are also meant to be tagged ‘virgins’, although the former is well pronounced. Why/how do people throw off their Virginity?

1. Childhood Abuse : It’s strange to see many adults in our day that are only interested in defiling young growing chaps. Many of children in this category end up hating the opposite gender because of the emotional deception.

2. Rape: Rape is on the increase in our society. Many a people have lost their Virginity on the podcast of rape.

3. Youthful Exploration : A quest to know what sex is has automatically made many lose their Virginity. Many people in this category end up regretting that singular and foolish quest.

4. Lack of sex education : Have you met people who do not know about sex until they have been deflowered. I think it’s time parents give their children sex education from home. Else, a rogue will exploit their ignorance

5. Bad gangs: Some people are just emotionally twisted into bad gangs and just want to lose their Virginity for pleasure.

6. Freedom mentality : Have you heard of people accruing Virginity to bondage? They want to lose it to get free, they say.

7. Money mongers : Some sell their Virginity for thousands while some exchanged it for a loaf of Aba bread. Whichever way it comes, sex for marks also come in this category

8. Peer pressure : Being the only odd one amidst non virgin friends has made some go out of their Virginity to feel among.

9. Pornography : This has done irretrievable harms to the moral fabrics of the world. Porn as it is called has led many out of the Virginity fold

10. Celebrities : Follow many of these celebrities to the detriment of your future. Since they have no good to show, they have pushed many out of Virginity zone.

N. B. Are you a virgin…? Ensure you keep it till marriage! Do you fall into the non virgin version…? Maintain your decency henceforth…

Despite the general attacks on decency and morality, keeping your Virginity is a pride!
