I think the waiting time is 2weeks max, be patient.
However if you don't qualify ,provide proof or convince them enough you might not get it.

Even marrying on a B1/B2 visa is not a misuse of the visa as long as the marriage happened three months after ones arrival into the US and one can convince the immigration officers that the marriage is genuine and not a fraud just for immigration benefits.

After typing for about 3 Minutes, I was shocked to be Denied by a black American American who is about 20 years old, note ;no document was asked for, eg, Certificates, employment/promotion letters, bank statement, etc
By the way am 37 years.
It hurts, it really hurts.
Those guys are acting a script directed by the white House.

I had a hunch that might have been what she was looking out for in my bank statement but it would be improper to come to a conclusion by relying solely on my personal bank statement.The Ghana trip was funded from the company account and I didn't see it fit to go to the interview with the company statement of account since the intended trip was going to be privately funded.Kindly send me a link to the Disneyland in Dubai let me see if I can get my wife to buy in.Thanks.

I have a profile with which I applied for interview long time ago with my family including my mother and now, I want to book for visa renewal appointment for ONLY my mother but am having problem booking for her since the profile is for me. that's my details.

I have tried to create a profile for her using another of my email but the system refused since her details are already on their system.

How do I remove my details so that I can have only hers and book for her only.

"please note that all interview waiver application submittals must be received at a DHL drop off location at least ten calendar days prior to the one year anniversary of the previous visa s expiration date."

My visa expires on the 4th June, 2018. does this 10days apply or it applies where I don't renew within 1year? thanks

hello house, please what does it mean if someone's case is under administrative processing? I got the white form about two weeks ago but i have not gotten notification on the passport collection.
i sent a mail to the consulate and got to know that my case is under administrative processing, does this mean anything negative or can one still have the visa turned down through this process?

Ongoing checks, meaning you can still be turned down.... Have you tried using the status check tool to see what it says? It may have been ISSUED and you are just only having a communication gap between you and the CGI/DHL crew!
