Sharoniah:@bold u are not making sense at all honestly... Did u even read what u wrote? So killing her husband is the best way to exit the marriage rather than leaving peacefully? Do u know the psychological effect this is going to have on the children, that their mum killed their dad? Self defence talk is just bullshiit, no united family will take that. Except the man comes from a non united family, the woman is gonna find it hot. I believe if your brother was in the husband shoe u wouldn't be singing self defence... |

post=68070789: I fear self defense may not avail her. whoever wants to plead self defense must show that the weapon used against her attacker is proportional to the weapon used by the attacker. i cant batter you with a stick and you defend yourself with a gun or sword, doesn't work that way. Justice will be served anyway, let us see how things unfold. I sympathize with her though, very unfortunate. |

Sharoniah:Most time there is nothing like woman beater, it's always a fight between the two, the woman sometimes even hit heavily on the man most times the man tends to bear it forming the fact that he is a man. Some may react very angrily to defend themselves by trying to retaliate hit hard on the woman. Some women are very strong enough, so for the man, if he did not fight this woman she is gonna beat a hell out him, so you see him struggling to beat the woman as the woman is also struggling to beat the man: most times this what lead to either any of them being seriously injured or death will occur. The case of a man beat his wife so freely like you guys normal assume does not often occur, even when occur it's mostly dose not cause any injury or death because if you as man slap your wife and she didn't retaliate will you kick or head butt her? What if she slap you and actually you did not retaliate will she stab you ? Most times women are not weak or saint as we claim or assumed them to be.. Some women are not ordinary, most times this type of women that kill their husband. The husband family should make sure that justice prevail you can't stab your fellow human being to death in name of self defense when the person has no intending weapon to attack you, just that he is beating you when fought him. |

Klinee: It can't be murder coz she was being beaten or they were fighting. It will end up as manslaughter in the court of law and not murder. With good defense lawyer she may be let go unless THIS IS NIGERIA factor plays in. |

[quote author=obrigado080 post=68078650]If it was the man who killed her, feminists and their cohorts would be raging all over this thread. They would be screaming and giving lectures on domestic violence, and men killing their wives. Now it is d other way, they are silent. Even though the man was killed, some people are still cursing him. smh RIP. Sharrap dere. Have you experienced the bullshit a woman goes through in Naija? Haba |

Born2Breed:You took a weapon and stab somebody to death you committed manslaughter? Manslaughter is killing that's not intentional like you stone a bird but unfortunately it hit a boy's head and he collapsed and died. Murder is you intentionally kill the person. So how will she prove that it is not her intention to kill him when she has already tell us that she stab him. |

NwanyiAwkaetiti:Every husband and wife in this world fought, even Obama and his wife, Buhari and his wife, but at the end maturity comes in to play. I have separated spouse fight where we are begging the woman to let go but she refused. Could you imagine a fight that started at about 7pm lasted 3am the woman refused to let every settled. This woman ended up stabbing this boy at the stomach if not for God's intervention maybe he would have been a dead person. I know how many times I personally took away knife from her hand but immediately she stab him the devil left her and she started crying but the boy was gushing out blood on the ground. |

NwanyiAwkaetiti:Why baba...i am still young oo baba is for buhari your position is not true...Even the rich also fight. The gentry & mercy aigbe case is a clear example... Being frustrated doesn't mean one must be violent, it largely depends on d individual character... |

Essential:Woman beater number one! So when a man says wife beating is wrong you call him woman wrapper? You think you're more of a man than him because you beat women or support cowards who do so? Be ashamed of yourself. You just embarrassed yourself here. And what if her story is true? Where is the evidence that she is lying? Rubbish talk |

Klinee: Its her word against the dead man. From her testimony the man was about killing and her, it was not a premeditated act but a self defense act which is manslaughter with a good lawyer she will be left off the hook. |

Re: "Why I Stabbed My Husband To Death" - Teacher Reveals In Lagos by Klinee: 9:47pm On Jun 01, 2018 |
Born2Breed:There are type of murder cases it can be premeditated or not, so long as it's intended. Manslaughter is killing that's committed unintended or unconsciously. Self defense act to protect yourself against attacker. The general rule is the force you use to protect yourself must be equal to the degree of imminent threat. Therefore, stabbing a person who wants to slap you is not self – defense or shooting a person who wants to punch you except you can prove that the punch would have killed you. In this case man has intention of killing her |
Re: "Why I Stabbed My Husband To Death" - Teacher Reveals In Lagos by Klinee: 9:56pm On Jun 01, 2018 |
Born2Breed:. I feel her pain, her pain is that she is the sole breadwinner of the house, yes but that doesn't justify her action. It's completely murder case with penalty like hanging or life jail if well judged, she would have walk out of the marriage. That the man is worthless human being doesn't warrant his life being terminated. |

But far from that. I've never beaten my wife for once neither will I ever. But trying to defend the murderer is annoying. U seems to be a die hard feminist Sharoniah: |

Once a woman kills a man/husband, they will say, he was beating me or not taking care of me and the children, the law will free them believing in their stupidity reason because the death can't talk but if the reverse If the reverse is the case, the man will be punished by the court, what a wasted generation and stupid mentality of people and Lawyers. Such can never happen to someone I know or even my brother, with or without the court, will surely confirm her dead even if it will take me 2 or more year to achieve. I will send her to the next generation of hell to rest there. |
