You welcome dear.

Most people that use payslips to support their application do so when they are unable to obtain reference letters in CIC's format.

Thank you for obliging .

This is quite complicated.

Please prepare for everything Best of luck
We are expecting your PPR at that interview

Thanks @Rijo02.

Well, I just got the GCMS Notes today so I am trying to find out much I can about interviews in ACCRA. According to the Notes, I have been placed on a batch and slot for interview in ACCRA. My LVO is LONDON and from the officers comments they need clarification on my business as I am self-employed. But no idea when I will be invited.
Ghost update I got on 25th April was in respect of this I guess.

I submitted CAC registration papers, letters for awards of contract, photocopies of cheques for payment of jobs done, copy receipts issued by my company, reference letter from clients. Apart from major contract done, my day to day work in a cafe is paid in cash. The mistake I think I made was not putting it in LOE. That, I believe would have cleared something (maybe not). Again I used my sister as partner when I registered my business (her details), so I got her to sign a reference letter using my company's letterhead (Officer's note pointed this out, that my sister was the 'signee'). I had 4 reference letters(they only singled out that undecided). No Tax CC was included. Although I have it now (was hoping to get an ADR for it). Didn't add company's statement of account (used it for only contract jobs).

The review required was from officer in CPC Ottawa and confirmed by another in London. They even commented that they I don't have online presence but my companies initial name which I use - AAAAAAAAAAA is online having the address 1 Canada Street and I later registered the biz with name BBBBBBBBBB (used for employment points (3 and above)) having same address 1 Canada Street. (Grey Area)

I think if you have tax documents for the period you claimed and Bank statements showing transactions of the clients who gave you reference letters, you'll be fine.

I'm using self employment too. I intend to submit;

My CAC documents
Tax documents
Client references
Company Bank statements showing client transactions
Invoice issued clients and receipts
Invoice from vendors I procure from(Transaction reflects on my bank statement too)
Letter from my workers (Payments reflects on my company's statement too)....

Please am I safe? Reading your post is making me scared

I need to quickly ask. I want to evaluate a 1 Year Certificate obtained from Aviation College Zaria (Standard Flight Operation Course).
I checked on WES portal but the school is not on the list. Has anyone evaluated a certificate from NCAT before ?. Which body do you recommend I use ?

No be say we no wan marry in the process, the issue is POF things. Except if the other partner get enough savings to make up for the new change in figures.

Besides, I believe Nigerians have deeper respect for marriage. Nobody wants a partner that will pull off his/her wedding ring at the slightest provocation.

@xtosync the last person who shared interview experience got her COPR right there in the Accra office.
You seem prepared so just go with your Passports and COPR photographs and all those other forms. I believe your journey is at its end and it will end in praise

On behalf of my wife, with 33 months work experience as an admin assistant plus 1 year Nysc that's 3years 8months work experience right, so with this what's the least score she can get in English exam to be able to qualify for PR. By the way she can read and write french as well, married with kids, 35years. Currently studying/working(customer service) in Canada masters student. What's her chances? Where should we start from. I think she stand a better chance than me because I have just few months of experience. Advice please.

You have two options, wait for the ADR or raise CSE
If I were in your shoes, I'd do the latter.
But in any case, you shouldn't be so worried, as far as you did not lie about the sibling, it will be rectified eventually.

Please this is over qualification now.
3years experience+ TEF + IELTS + Masters + Canada Masters.
She should start taking her language tests, get her employment references and evaluate her documents.

Serious matter. Two vital issues raised.
No proof of sibling living in Canada proved and CRS score less than cut off.
It looks like you will get a refusal because of the CRS score being below cut off.
I don't know if they'll see it as misrepresentation sha. About cancelling your application, I'll say don't.

I think the CRS dropped cos they couldn't verify her sibling in Canada, once that is rectified then there will be no issues with CRS.

Did you just upload only PR card? you are expected to upload proof of relationship like birth certificates showing the same parents name or any other document that proves you are siblings. You are also expected to upload recent Utility bills of your siblings to show he is residing in Canada. Did you miss uploading these documents?

I uploaded only the pr card cos he told me that’s all I needed. Didn’t add utility bills or proof of relationship. He said when he filed his application all his siblings were stated, so hat wouldn’t be an issue. I just hope they send me ADR soon sha

From information I have gathered, apart from his/her PR card you also need to upload utility bill showing that the person is currently residing in Canada, and birth certificates for both of you to show the relationship.

@mcstan18, I think you should have stated one semester evaluation in that enquiry you made to WES instead of one year. If that was the case, and we got that response, it would have been fine.

My inquiry was to IRCC, not WES.

Pls fellow aspirants, my CRS stands at 430 with the family but if I choose non-accompanying spouse, the CRS jumps to 447 (more like a sure ITA). Without back2back draws, I don't think cut off would come down to 430 any time soon. So I'm most likely going the route of unaccompanied applicant. My questions are:

1. Has anyone successfully got PR here with spouse non-accompanying.?
2. There are claims that the application would be delayed for this reason. Is it true?
3. Am I expected to pay the processing fees for the non accompanying dependants at this time?

I know that POF remains the same, and medicals and PCC are required of them as well. Thanks.
