I've said it several times on this forum that my husband knows the repercussion for cheating on me is me cheating back. I know it's petty, but that's the only way I can deal with such betrayal. My husband knows that if he cheats on me now he's giving me the go ahead to cheat, so it's completely up to him.

I'm glad you have forgiven your husband, but please learn to deal with issues the right way. Removing your ring is not a healthy way to deal with issues.
