You are still fixated on rubbery or no rubbery. Stop being lazy and read the body of the report. Saraki is not being invited because he sent those hoodlums to rub and steal money for him. He was indicted for buying prohibited arms for the gang. And the evidence so far indicates that mr Saraki has a serious link with them. Besides, the boys have said that they are being used by saraki and his governor to perpetrate political violence in Kwara state especially in an area they are not popular. All these are why saraki and the governor were indicted. So get it now, the offa rubbery is a secondary matter.

-Saraki is a popular person and obviously aseobi's must have been made in various divides and groups while shared or even sold without his notice or consent.

-From the transcript of the rogues, they never alleged saraki gave them weapons, how did this come in?

-Obviously Saraki was going to the king's palace to sympathize with the Olofa, do you expect him to know who is who in the multitude of crowd as entourage behind him? People who he may have impacted in their various lives one way or the other.
