I just talked to one of thier directors and this is true the signing of collaterals has started.
From what he told me it has gone past thier control it is now in the hands of the people disbursing the funds.he also told us that we should be prayerful about a trillion dollars is coming to nigeria as Grant and some third parties are trying to manipulate.

Patience is all we need, let's give it a benefit of doubt, if the grant finally comes its to our own advantage and if it doesn't come then we move on afterall it's better to try and fail than not to try anything at all.

The World Bank’s attention has been drawn to a fraudulent multi-purpose, co-operative scheme being advertised in some local communities within Nigeria. Several correspondences targeting innocent citizens are being circulated falsely claiming that the World Bank is giving out money to individuals to do business and demanding processing fees of N1000 from prospective awardees.

Please note that:

The World Bank is not behind this multi-purpose scheme
The World Bank does not request for personal financial information for applicants to its programs

The World Bank therefore advises the general public to verify any information regarding World Bank-assisted programs offered by the Bank at the following website: http://projects.worldbank.org/. The World Bank will not be held responsible for any refunds of fees solicited by fraudsters purporting to act on its behalf.

THE BUSINESS GRANT WE ARE PROMOTING
The Business Grant we have been promoting in recent times has been erroneously tagged a World Bank Grant. We are not sure why that tagged was first used, but our research has shown that this Business Grant is not actually funded by the World Bank, which therefore seems to explain the World Bank’s statement to this effect (http://www.worldbank.org/en/news/press-release/2017/09/06/fraud-alert-world-bank-warns-of-co-operative-scheme-scam). While it is convenient to just state that the funds are from the World Bank it seems otherwise.

By our research, sifting through lots of online content and piecing them together, we understand that this program is funded by the World Charity Box, a group of international donors. The program is called the Bottoms-up project. The project is conceived to provide grants to SME owners with marketable ideas through Model Micro Finance Banking. It involves the release of funds for the setting up of Model Micro Finance Banks through which the Business Grant funds will be disbursed to beneficiaries. This project will be supervised by the Social Exchange Market being in charge of the registration of the Model Micro Finance Banks, while the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) oversees the transfer of funds to the Micro Finance Banks.

For those of you who have collected your ID Cards after your registration was completed, you would have noticed that you have each been assigned to a particular Micro Finance Bank.
