I thought Innoson was declared wanted or so recently by the police, court and EFCC

The supreme court has given a valid order, GTB has no choice but to comply. Then when the case is finally entertained, whoever wins would go home with the money that would have accrued more interest.


As for the other criminal case against Innoson by the EFCC, hopefully that will arrive at a just conclusion too without any sentiments.

Very good judgment from our supreme court, a victory for GTB would have been a big blow to our economy, because many intending local and foreign investors would have been discouraged to borrow money from any financial institution and invest in our economy.
