You're wrong concerning the bolded. Nigeria is not a native speaker, only England, US, Ireland, Australia etc are regarded as native speakers. An exception for Nigeria is usually based on the fact that English is our official language and it is used as a medium of instruction during for your previous studies. I guess you should have included your ielts result in some of those applications.

I got admission to TH koln with the same course you applied for and I used english letter of proficiency...... Wait you Pay uni assist fee for all the course you applied and you notarize Your document?

I have applied to two schools yesterday and today. Applied to University of Hohenheim (International Business and Economics MSc).
Today, I sent my signed form to University of Jena. I got to know about the school today, called Dr Markus Pasche (these German people
are so willing to assist, unlike the Canadians or Americans), to know how to go about it, I begged that I didn't have any TOEFL or IELTS, and
he said it was not compulsory for us Nigerians. Staggeringly, 40% of applications to Jena come from Naija.

May the Good Lord help us all to achieve this dream, Amen.

1) My cgpa is 3.54/5.00 converted to a german grade according to uni assist is 2.09
2) Electrical and electronics engineering
3) To be honest, i cant really count the number of courses i applied to..i applied to communication engineering at TUM, Kassel, Tu ilmenau..applied to information engineering at HS rhein waal, applied to communication systems and networks at technical university of cologne. So many of them my brother.
4) aunthenticated transcripts, certificate, reference letters(not all requires reference letters), english lang proficiency letter, SOP, etc

What were the reasons for rejection given by the schools?

I know Communication Engineering at TUM is almost an elite course there, after evaluating you, you are invited to an interview if you meet their tough evaluation.

I applied and got admission to Communications and Signal Processing at Ilmenau. It was a straight forward process, as the assessment and statement of purpose was filled together with the application form.

@ekykool, I thought I sent you a sample of a detailed description which you are expected to modify as it relates to your school. Your transcript will not show how the cgpa is calculated. And they need this description with other relevant details.

Please which school do you think is best for computer related studies, with a better pocket friendly environment, cos i must put money into consideration while attempting my exit.

. Which course did you apply in koln. Because I applied for masters in sociology and social research in university of cologne got an eligibility letter but i have not gotten an admission letter saying i will know if i got admitted by July

It is not a must to take a proficiency test. I have 2 admission letters already and I didn't take a proficiency test. Just ensure you read the English Proficiency Requirements of any/every course you want to apply for because some schools actually specify if they want only a proficiency test or letter of proficiency. There were some schools I didn't apply to because they require(d) TOEFL/IELTS. Bottom line is that it is not mandatory you take any of those tests although it boosts your chances sha oooo. Take it if you have the time to study and the money to pay for it.

35mm by 45mm. please make sure your head covers up to one third (1/3) of the entire picture size. cheers

It's either you have your HND or have 100 level transcript at hand. ND has never been accepted in Germany. If you can try to complete your HND please do. National Open University is also a good shot. You can do that ASAP within a year and prepare fully for Winter 2019
