My friend indeed. Wont be suprised if they ban gift deed and fixed deposits for nigerians soon. Nonsense corner cutters
It's possible to state an opinion about something you do not like, without sounding insulting and casting aspersions.
It may be difficult but entirely possible.

I feel your pain but you can't give up.
In my opinion, I think you should pursue the PhD admission and rewrite ielts. Perhaps at PHC instead of travelling down to Lagos again
I quite understand with you but dont give up. In my opinion, the PhD will distract u....retake the IELTS. its within your reach and believe you can make it. Stay strong

You guys meet the criteria for a common law partner. You can choose to legally get married and explain this in your letter of explanation.
I don't think it's a big deal that the kids are before the date of the intended court wedding. It happens!
Just explain and attach proof

Best of luck
Thanks bro.

Hello everyone,

Please I need your input. If a dependent spouse is not claiming points for education and work experience,is it ok if she answers no to the questions below when the primary applicant is creating a profile?

Does... have any post secondary education ?
Does... have any work experience?

I feel like if they answer no, there won't add it to their checklist.
I knew that a dependent spouse can claim points for education. Pls I want to know whether he/she can also claim points for foreign work experience
cos I didn't see that in the CRS tool.

I would also like to know if there is a maximum size of file that can be uploaded to a placeholder.

A spouse can only claim points for work experience obtained only in Canada.

Not sure of the maximum size

Answering Yes does not take anything away from the application.

Answering No can qualify as misrepresentation...

Best option? Say the truth as it is.

A few people have been known to get a positive response, but the most common scenario is NO.

Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by Newmum0615: 6:46pm On Jun 16, 2018
Biko, he or she won't be the first to answer NO.
Selecting yes would create placeholders for education and work documents. Let the OP do what he/she wants to do. But answering no is definitely not misrepresentation.

Your spouse's work experience will not give any points if it is not Canadian work experience.

Answering "NO" is not misrepresentation since he/she will still include the details under the personal history section.

At some point I Lost faith and had to start praying and reading books on faith to build mine up. God is the rewarder of our faith.
And thanks so much to one stubborn sister who refused to allow me give up.
Congrats. May God fulfill his promises to you as you journey to the maple leaf land.
