I'm having notification alert issues on note 4.
sometimes I have to open the app only to realise notification updates.
i have removed all restrictions concerning background data, also when I get a notification like eg, Whatsapp on my locked screed, when i unlock, the notification disappears even when i have not read the message. This cannot be normal as it's not all the time I must read a notification immediately, I should be able to see the unread notification much later when I'm ready to read it.
pls what can be the issue.
