At no time did Marvel claimed that the Director and DDCS had dissenting views on APL distribution dates. It was someone with a moniker (Ablution) that made this asertion. Marvel stood on his 25th June date alone.

I will disagree with you on no 4 because DPR do post successful candidates based on performance in test and interview and the posting will reflect on your APL. In fact you report to where you are posted not even DPR headquarter.

- The recruitment is 100% completed. The next thing is dispersing of appointment letters and sending emails. Which will probably begin next week.
- Once Mr Tata gives the green light, the letters will start flying

For now, all eyes on mr Tata. The Man of the moment.
More updates will come when they are ready.

Is the 25th not the start of the next week for receiving emails and APL's that we've been anticipating? So what's not feasible again since you've said we'll begin receiving notifications from the same next week?

Nobody was expecting to resume on the 25th to the best of my knowledge.

You are wrong bro.. You don't get posted until you have accepted the offer. In some cases you don't get posted until after induction. In most cases after you recieve/accept your letter a date for resumption would be communicated to you. This date would also be the day you start your induction.

Sorry you don't know how DPR works. For the engineers, be ready to be posted to Warrior, Port Harcourt or Lagos. Some of u guys in downstream will be posted to terminal operations which means u will be working 1 week offshore and 1 week time off all to yourself but if u are posted to terminal operations in PH, u will be working 2 weeks offshore and 2 weeks time off. If you are posted to upstream u will still be working offshore with time off but not on permanent basis like terminal operations because u will still be reporting to office. The good thing abt terminal operations is that u can stay anywhere since you are not office staff, u can stay in Abuja and be working in Warri.

Let me start by congratulating the successful ones that have picked up their APLs through their sponsors today. Please if you have received yours try to own up. More will receive theirs tomorrow and if you don’t have anyone to help get yours, I would advise you wait for the official release date.

When I said 25th June, doesn’t mean everyone will pick their APLs the same day. Successful ones will be contacted and distribution of APLs will commence from 25th June - 3rd July or beyond depending on the response and availability of the successful ones. The Operation Controllers of Zonal and field offices will get a notification of the candidates they are expecting.

I would want to thank Takon231 and Legend90 for their wonderful contributions. Please appreciate their effort even though some information they provide differ a few times. It all depends on what they have been told by their sources. When most on this thread have received APLs, I will be back. Please be patient.

It's simple. When we said 25th June, most of us will be waiting to hear from Dpr that particular day. But it's not feasible anymore. That means we will hear from them much later. Most likely the calls will begin upper week, but there's still possibility they start calling late next week (Friday).
