Thank you so much.

Did you have to use their recommended paediatrician or were you given the liberty to choose yours?

Was given the liberty to use any but i eventually used the recommended. Let's just say my initial choice was less professional and wanted to pour sand in my garri.

If you're planning to have your medicals at children's practice, kindly arrive as early as 5am. I got there around 6am, and was the 40th person. They only accommodate 40 persons per day.

Well, no one can tell you the exact assessing body to use. It depends on either your qualification or your need for quick processing.
IQAS I learnt takes a longer time but does not contact your school for verification. WES usually sends for verification, so if your school employs a lot of bureaucracy in handling these kinds of requests, you may want to avoid WES.
I don't have a lot of info about ICES. They are not frequently used by people here. At least, from the little I know here.
Nonetheless, your degree equivalency no matter the option you choose would fetch you 2 or more certificates.
Read up more. Good luck on your journey. wink

Thanks

Hi, we submitted in person in Lagos because one of us had to be in Lagos at the time. You can however authorise any person, including dhl I believe, to submit on your behalf. It's in VFS' consent form which you will execute and forward along with your passport(s).

However, for pick up, it must either be in person or through vfs courier.

We submitted same day 22nd. In fact my number was between 23 and 25,i can't remember exactly. Like you, I was in Lagos for a function and it was easy to submit it in person.
I am expecting PUM anytime from now and I'm thinking of how best to collect it. How did you get them to send it through courier? Did you pay into their bank account and scan the teller to them, how long did it take for them to send it?

No vex, please explain the process, I need to decide on what to do

I intend to use my NYSC as part of work experience. I taught in a school then and going through the NOC I discovered that a degree in education is required. Can I claim points for it despite not having a B.ed

Hmm, It is well with me. Team London VO, AOR Jan 30th. I was 100% sure, my PPR will be out within 3 months. My IELTS score was perfect, no visa refusal, straight forward and well packaged application.

We got our IELTS at one sitting, ECA evaluation within 1 month because we both have masters from UK, POF gathered without much hassle, work reference straight forward.

This is truly a journey of patience. I have cried many times, prayed and rejoiced. Right now, I am standing strong and trying to go on with my life because at some point I was depressed.

Been a challenging year! Hubby and I lost our Jobs early this year. I was lucky to get one soon after. Hubby still struggling. All funds tied to POF which we cant touch. It was a struggle to pay school fees for our kids in April. Infact, we almost didn't send them to school because we were 100% sure of PPR and we even lacked the funds. House rent is due August 2018. We have started toasting the landlord to allow us pay monthly.

Let us all keep being strong, delay is not denial. It will end in praise for us all.

Congratulations to all PPR!

It is well with you dear, you shall smile last last!

Yes you can. You've been here long enough to know that a degree doesn't need to be in line with work experience before one can claim points for them

Please do you have any contact I can call?

UNN hasn't sent my wife's transcript since April 28th after we made the payment.

And we can't travel to Enugu due to our schedules in Lagos.

ArcUgo:
Sorry you didn't need to verify the Certificate. Verifying only the transcript would've sufficed. Paid only 10k each for myself and wifey and we both have our ECAs.

If possible, contact her again. Plead with her to resend the mail again. Also bear in mind that WES does not update one's profile immediately get receive the response to the verification.

Thanks a lot for your response, just wondering if it should take this long for them to receive it,that's if she has sent it like she said.
Do u have the woman's contact so I can call her directly?

People have had theirs evaluated as 1 year and 3 years of study respectively.

On the flip side, if you gained the HND admission with either of the OND certificates, and if you started your study from second year, then you might have to evaluate both together and the other OND separately. WES has an infamous reputation of rejecting such transcripts as incomplete.

In summary, you should have 2 or more certificates from the report of the evaluation
