This is so heartbreaking. See the comment by a fan who warned them to be careful when he posted the video.

Although we are not certain this is the pool he drowned in. May his soul RIP.

An indoor pool without a door? Not child friendly at all. It's almost impossible to keep an eye on your child 24 hours a day, that's why safety precautions should be put in place. May God console the bereaved parents and give them the strength to pass through this avoidable tragedy

Kia, this is very painful, it was very unsafe for Dapo not to have put up barriers even the designer should have suggested that, no blames because no one would have wished it but may He RIP with the Lord.

Who designed such a pool without parapets nor rails? That thing is an accident waiting to happen, could happen to an adult much more a toddler. They should have made provisions for covering it when not in use.

But what do I know.

I blame the silly wife and Dbanj. You have a pool in your house and a crawling baby? Why not insist there is a door for the pool room.
This is simple common sense

People who are more careful have died or still lost their loved ones. I have seen the tire of a trailer smashed into smithereens the head of an Okada man wearing a Helmet which in the opinion of the general public is a precautionary measure

Death comes in the most unsuspecting ways.

I lost my little niece to convulsion several years ago and we didn't have an indoor pool. Death is certain and it's hour uncertain. Precautionary measures notwithstanding.

Let's think of the pain Dbanj must be going through and send our condolences.

Besides swimming pool, what about balcony?
When my lil bro was born, even when we as kids would watch over him. we made sure that he didn't go to balcony, because he could climb and possibly fall from a one storey height.

Is it only balcony, what about kitchen utensils?
Kids that can crawl can walk to your kitchen and start playing with Sharp objects, they may even drink kerosene stored in a gallon thinking its water, or even play with gas.


Once your Kid starts crawlingz even if you must have your siesta, you have to sleep with one eyes close and must be in a confined room with no access out.


I still can't fathom how a child was left to walk away from your sight knowing you have a pool INSIDe your house. Inside/outside, pools are dangerous to little kids if no care.


Worst is Dbanj is a celeb, so there should be casual workers that should always monitor the child even when parents are busy.

There should be no reason. absolutely no reason why that Kid should drown in a pool. Who ever was around at that time needs 30strokes of Koboko!!!

Kids are exposed to dangers beyond indoor pools
- Balcony
- Kitchen stuff
- Chemicals and so on.

#Total Negligence!!!
#Take a lot at the entrance to the indoor pool, no DOOR and you want to raise kids in the house!!! They deserve koboko.
