The middle belt is the Lybia between Sub Sahara Africans and Europe. Europe being the South and Sub sahara Africa being the North in this context.

When the middle belt is eroded then the militants will have a free-way to the SW. I am too sure that Igbos will fight for SE and militants will defend the Niger Delta but the SW and SS will be a walk over by these militants called herdsmen.

May be Satan has a different plan for Nigeria. I am watching it's every move.

It is still a debate to be won that all killings are sponsored by politicians.

Must these people continue to play ping-pong with the lives of innocent Nigerians.

If your party isn't in power, it isn't right to perpetrate evil in order to cast a shadow on the other party, and if your party is ruling, you shouldn't use the power to perpetrate evil on your perceived enemies (out of hatred or greed).

All these happenings are as a result of high level of illiteracy among the citizenry and/or the so-called elite.

The government should focus on the root cause of these killings in order to avoid a re-occurrence.

S-H-O-C-K-I-N-G!!! 5 starnge things you never knew about Buhari – By Nzeribe Enz
I am not a fan of Buhari, but I admire his doggedness and capacity for pain. Heck a man who keeps going for election every four-year, loses, then proceed to court, loses in court, does nothing meaningful preceding the next election, only to pop-out again during another election period, is a “specialist in failure” (to borrow from Morinhno). So even as I don’t like him, I admit he’s an enigma, and have put up these 10 reasons why we should consider casting our votes for him. “I have come to bury Caesar, not to praise him!”

1. To Save an old man some tears

Nigerians are happy people (happiest at some point) and we always like to be hospitable and respectful especially to the elderly, old, and aged. So why do we derive joy in seeing an old man – General Buhari weep? Is it because he murdered his colleagues during his active period in the army? Is it because he signed Nigeria into Organisation of Islamic Country (OIC)? Is it because he asked “Muslims to vote for muslims, and Christians to vote for Christians”? Is it because he truncated the Lagos Metro Line setting the city back, in similar fashion as he truncated democracy in 1983 to turn the hands of clock backward? Is because of those he murdered with retroactive decree and several of those infractions he committed when he was a clueless dictator? Is it because he’s more clueless than he looks? How much more crocodile tears must this weeping general shed for Nigerians to forgive him and vote for him? A bucket? A river?

2. To save the Dogs and Baboons

Ladies and gentlemen, and erudite members of this platform, the sanctity of life is paramount; that’s why it is the fundamental of every human right principle. In 2011, when General Buhari lost his third series of general election, our able bodied and talented Youth Corpers, in services of the nation, were slaughtered by supporters of the people’s general – almajiris. Throughout this spontaneous act of sheer wickedness and barbarism, not once did the general call them to order; not once did he tell his supporters that they are not acting on his behalf. The general kept mute, obviously pleased with what his supporter did in his name (and hoping it spiral out of control). Thankfully it never did.

Not long ago, the unrepentant general threatened again that “the dogs and the baboons will be soaked in blood” should another humiliating electoral defeat befall him. Nairalanders, let’s save our Youth Corpers, let’s save our friends and family, let avoid this ominous threat altogether by voting the General, else his almajiris, now evolved and more organised with choice weapons, will slaughter all the “dogs and baboons!”

3. To help avenge the death of Buhari’s people killed by JTF

At the height of the Boko Haram murderous saga, the JTF acting in the interest of Nigeria, and while performing their duties, gave Boko haram members a taste of their own medicine by returning fire for fire. As the casualty mounts, General Buhari was famously quoted to have insinuated that the JTF are killing “his people”, instead of inviting them to Aso Rock for dialogue. Equating the murderous and barbaric Boko haram hordes (his people) to the Niger Delta Militants, Buhari was of the opinion that the JFT should stop killing them, rather we should pay them off (amnesty package) for killing Nigerians. A similar debt is said to be owned by the good people Oyo. El Rufia, his party member, reminded us that such deaths are debts which will be paid, even if it takes a hundred years. Gentlemen and ladies, shouldn’t we vote this man in so that our debts are quickly paid and forgotten?

4. Gen Buhari is original “Born to Rule”

Let’s face fact, unless you are Fulani muslim, you are not born to rule, and MUST NEVER rule. If you do, it must be under specific terms and conditionS. Even if you are voted in, you are either a puppet or just a temporary occupant. Buhari fits the profile: He is a Fulani Muslim; a special stock, a descendant of the great Uthman Dan Fodio, conqueror of Hausa, scourge of Ilorin, owner of Nigeria, the prima dona of Born to Rule. Nigeria, according to Ahmadu Bello, is the estate of Uthman Dan Fodio. Who better continue this storied lagacy than General Buhari himself, a true descendant of Uthman Dan Fodio?

5. Buhari has no property; no house (maybe like our current President – no shoes)

Buhari has no house, no property at all (since Nigeria belongs to his great grandfather perhaps). This according to his supporters is the acme of incorrigibility. I don’t know if Buhari’s parents grew up in the streets, and had no houses/properties – not even cows. If they did have any of those, they must be corrupt; they and other Nigerians who own houses are only able to do so because they are corrupt! If Buhari could work, and earn salaries all these years, yet unable to own a home or two, therefore any Nigerian who earned salaries of equal amount as Buhari but manage to own property or two must have corruptly enriched himself. Buhari’s lack of properties has nothing to do with his inability to think, forecast, plan, and execute, he couldn’t own a house because only corrupt people do. Let’s vote Buhari because he has no house, no property (perhaps no shoes too).

6. Buhari will “fight” corruption

Buhari will fight corruption they continue tell us. But no one seems to tell us how! Fortunately, history tells us how Buhari did it the first time out. After successfully (some say cowardly) benefiting from the coup plot that ousted Shagari ‘corrupt’ regime, Buhari placed President Shagari under house arrest, while Ekwueme the VP was bundled into prison. Buhari threw Fela Anikulapo Kuti into prison for possession of foreign currency (Fela had just returned from performing abroad, the poor fella didn’t know a decree has been passed prohibiting holding foreign currency). Meanwhile in the same era 53 suitcases containing some $700M was smuggled into the country by Emir of Gwando, the father of Buhari’s ADC. While Fela languished in detention, the Emir, a well connected “born to rule”, was given a pass! Let’s not forget banning of press freedom (decree 4) and the botched attempt to smuggle a fugitive from the UK by the Buhari’s regime. That is how Buhari fought corruption; wouldn’t we rather go back to this ‘wonderful’ era by voting him?

7. To enlarge Tinubu’s empire

The say Buhari is poor, and has no property anywhere in the country (they must really pay peanuts in the military for someone to be unable to save, buy a land, and build a three bedroom apartment after working for decades, either that or the individual has no vision). Since Buhari has no need for material acquisition, but has chosen one of the most avaricious as his backbone and sponsor, isn’t it clear who stands to benefit from the contract? Let’s vote Buhari, and expand Tinubu’s empire from Lagos to beyond!

8. To continue the population lie

A major event in 2016 (a year after the election) is the National Population Census. The stakes are high as evident from the drama and rhetoric. Only in Nigeria is the Sahel savanna region more populated than tropical region, citerus paribus. The fellow who stated he will demystify this myth by not counting cows and goats in the core North as people has already lost his job. Knowing how things work in Nigeria, we can continue with this lie, by voting the People’s General – Gen Muhammad Buhari!

9. To maintain oil block status quo

We know how the oil blocks ownerships are skewed against resources owner, while abundant solid minerals littering other enclaves are rarely stated in the equation, let alone exploited federally. The oil blocks are due for renewal by 2015 and beyond. We can continue to cheat the South and maintain the status quo by voting Buhari! Least we forget, these oil blocks are spoils of war, and payment to the Northern elite for the liberation of Niger Delta from Biafran force. (abi no be so?)

10. To save Buhari’s Bank manager

At the basic human level, I really sympathize with Buhari’s bank manager (if Buhari N27M loan claim is anything to go by.) Sanusi spent most of his tenure as central bank governor, hounding bankers for granting loans to you and I to invest in capital market, with the certificate as collateral. If that is considered criminal, how much more granting unsecured loan of such magnitude to Buhari? Or didn’t the bank manager read severally that Buhari has no properties, hence nothing of value to use as security/collateral! I didn’t even know that bank managers can grant a loan of such magnitude on the spot. Someone please tell me the bank and branch. I smell fraud! I am sure the bank manager is being grilled by bank’s credit committee even as we speak, but he could become the finance minister if we all vote Buhari!

#IStandWithPeace #EnoughOfTheBloodShedsOnThePlateauState
Just when we thought everything is over, the enemies of peace and Nigeria are at it again. But to set the records straight, let me breakdown some details of how things unfold that led to the recent breakdown of Law and Order in Barkin Ladi LGA and environs. These unfortunate incidents led to a full blown tribal/religious crisis in Plateau North Senatorial District. In the past decade a lot of crisis erupted in Plateau State, people have moved on in some of the areas, but why are we still having crisis that is leading to loss of lives and property in Berom Land? Governor Lalong should deal with these issues decisively, some people are out there to cause trouble just to discredit the Government at State and Federal level. If you think I am joking drive a pickup van with cows in the trunk and pass via Kassa, Heipang, Mararraban Foron, Marraban Jama’a, Anguldi or alternatively through Nafang, Fan, Bisichi, Foron and Du villages and see whether you will come out alive, the hatred is too much and incomprehensible. Some people stay on the highways and give their allies details of vehicles conveying Fulani Men or anybody that looks like them taking their COWs to the popular Kara (COW Market) in Bukuru (Jos South LGA), once they pass through any of the two routes coming from Mangu, Pankshin, Bokkos and other LGAs through berom they block them, lynch them and rustle their COWS. The below unfortunate events took place all within the month of June 2018.

1. On the 8th of June Four young Fulani men coming back from Kara Cattle market in Bukuru were shot immediately after Kassa Hill Military check point, less than 2Km from the check point.
2. Over 300 COWS were rustled between Fan, Dorowa and Jong Villages of Barkin Ladi LGA and Kadunu/Langai villages of Mangu LGA, when Military were sent to rescue and recover the COWS they received strong resistance from the armed Berom COW rustlers with even reports of some security men losing their lives. Up to date they’ve not been recovered.
3. On 12th of June at around 8pm some Fulani people of Quanpan LGA of plateau State coming back from Bukuru Kara market were shot at Kassa hill before Barikin Ladi LGA secretariat unfortunately one of them lost his life.
4. On June 13th a minor Jaafar Salihu herding his parents COWs, was killed at Nding Village also around Kassa hill and they removed his head till date the head wasn't recovered, he was buried like that
5. Then the last aggression took place on Jun 21st at about 6pm Some Fulani men Bala, Lawal and Ibrahim Kuwait on their way coming back from Kara market in Bukuru were shot, killed and their vehicle was set ablaze at Heipang village to be precise inside the railway round about, pictures attached.
6. A day after Sallah Jun 16th 2018 at about 14:00 hours some Hausa Boys of Barikin Ladi town driving a Vectra Opel vehicle with reg number JJN 54 CF heading to Mangu LGA narrowly escaped death with minor and major injuries and the car wrecked, as Berom youths launched an attacked on them in front of the Military Check point, what’s their offence? Ans: They are Muslims and the berom youths want to avenge an attack on some villages made by Fulani herders.
7. On Saturday 23rd Jun 2018 the people of Mangu blocked the highway and said nobody is going to pass until justice is done to one of their men that was killed in a Berom community between Dorowa village and Mangu Hale, until his demise he was a butcher and he went to collect his money from one of his customers he gives meat, he was simply killed because he is Muslim, is he a herdsman?
I blame the Men and Officers of Operation Safe Heaven for their poor handling of the following issues that took place in Barikin Ladi and environs, had it been they acted promptly this avoidable incidents would’ve been averted. I call on the security to be up and doing, they should deploy modern techniques in managing attacks and counter attacks if not the carnage will probably continue until the realities on ground are rewritten to reflect the reality of modern war. Instead of reflecting on why the current strategies are not working, FFK, CAN, TY Danjuma, Jerry Gana and their associates have an opportunity to pour out the anti-Islamic venom on an issue that is purely criminal. Facebook online commentators will follow along the same path. If they are not abusing the ‘clueless’, ‘certificateless’, ‘Boko haram sponsor’ etc. at the top they are attacking Islam for being a jihadist, blood-spilling religion.

Our problem as a people we now don’t have respect to our divergent identities, we don’t even tolerate one another, we have come to adopt the destruction of the lives and properties of people on the other side as the greatest way to establish the superiority of and defend our identity. Do not forget that when we meet in public places, schools and markets, we pretend to be friends and brothers, but when we return to our homes and places of worship, the identity changes, and is let loose at the slightest provocation. This is the situation of the nomadic Fulani and indigenous communities of North-Central Nigeria. In more recent times in North-Central Nigeria, the difference between herdsmen and crop farmers has become more dreadfully amplified than at any other time. And since the onset of the past decade, Plateau State has become quite symbolic and representative of ethno-religious conflict. When elder statesman like General TY Danjuma calls on his people to protect themselves, it is merely a reminder to the fact that the state is losing its ability to protect the common man against armed aggression. While Danjuma's call may sound obscene and insane to an outsider, it might be the only alternative left for a helpless villager. However, with the proliferation of arms that threaten to saturate the Northern part of Plateau State, preventing and resolving ethno-religious conflict would demand for an extreme political will. However, this much needed political will cannot come from a state that has always seen and heard a single side of the conflict. Where the state focuses its camera on only one side, the inevitable danger of a single story is more destructive than that expressed by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. The nomadic Fulani does not have the qualification or interest to participate in politics or democratic governance. The Fulani does not have a voice in the state owned media [Plateau be it TV, Print or Radio], therefore the state does not get to hear his own side of the story. I might sound to be on the side of the Fulani here, and I have no apology for that because people like me get caught in the crossfire for the simple fact that we share religious identity with the majority of the Fulani. Where indigenous people of North-Central states would stop travellers on federal highways simply because they wear kaftan, look Muslims or have beard, there is a serious need for government to be active and proactive instead of been reactive. Now, for us to have a permanent solution to this conflict, the state must at least ensure balance in media reportage of the conflict. When communities are attacked, we must sympathize with them irrespective of our differences of identity. Those hiding in the bushes and shooting innocent people going about their legitimate business must be stopped. Also people should stop putting poison on cattle route and rivers for cattles to eat/drink and die. Herders should/must allow farmers go to their farms and do their legitimate business of farming.
For this unending crisis to end the people and the government at all levels must take the bull by the horns and address this crisis no matter whose ox is gored.
• Religious leaders should preach the word of peace.
• Securities must be seen doing their jobs fairly without bias or discrimination.
• Individuals must cooperate with securities by furnishing them with all the necessary and relevant information that relate to breakdown of law and order.
We must take note that the communities in Barkin Ladi and Riyom LGAs have lost confidence in the Sector Commanders of the two LGAs, most especially the Sector 7 Commander of Barikin Ladi, he seems to be either complicit or not capable enough to handle the situation on ground, Barikin Ladi is missing Sector Commanders like Col O.C Okoro, Col Poppola, Col Quadri to mention a few, these no nonsense men don’t give room for terrorists to flourish.
Finally, may God restore our sense of sanity so that we can appreciate the need for peaceful coexistence. No place on earth will develop without having others around you, even America that we see as a great nation accommodate others, God Almighty has created us and he has destined for us to live together, then why not live in peace and harmony? If God wants we can all be the same tribe and religion but He has chosen for us to be grouped and sub grouped into different nations and entities as He so wishes, then why undo what God has ordained?

Reno Omokri wrote "It is so shameful that President Buhari’s statement blames the killings of 150 Plateau Christians on “one hundred cattle that were rustled by a community in Plateau”. Even if this were true (doubtful) does it justify killing 150 people? Is that the type of talk a President talks?"

Reno Omokri is the aide of ex President Jonathan... During their regime, Boko Haram almost kill all Northern Nigerians, what did they do to stop the killings?
The politics of stupid criticism and blind condemnation coupled with hatred and hypocrisy playing by this man called Reno Omokri and his boss.
Nobody is happy with the killing but they are using the killings to get consideration attention from public...
This government is far better than the previous one.
I have confidence that this administration will put an end to the incessant killings and bring every evil perpetrators to justice.

Do you know you Yorubas are forever guilty of crimes against humanity by your slavish & blindly agreeing( with hausa/fulani) to all the genocides perpetrated in this country's history till date.
