Was he the one that send send the army to his residence, I can't fathom how you guys reason sometimes, he has a court case to attend before the aforementioned date with the government, the same government send the military to his house and since then he has not be found, how is that now the duty of the sureties to produce him. One thing I hate is injustice no matter the person involved, the government should provide answer to where he is.

the bail bond is already with the Court, which he will forfeit and still go to jail for failing to produced the terrorist.
This is a terrorism case, not a civil case.
Even in a criminal case, the surety must produced the criminal.
