Thanks mama but it's kind of funny oo....yours is overweight while I think mine is underweight. Well I took lots of Lipton during my first and second trimester. I still take it though but withmilk and sugar. I heard too much caffeine is not good for pregnant women as Lipton contains caffeine but my doctor told me once a day will not do any harm and I should avoid steeping it for long to cut short d caffeine in it.soi take it out few seconds after d steeping.DOCTORS IN THE HOUSE PLS HELP OUR COURSE

The Lipton you take regularly could be the reason why your baby is small afterall

BS Part 5

Hubby later came back feeling downcast I asked what the problem was he said the doctor gave him two options..
1. For me to be discharged and be back in a week in order for baby to be positioned well for 1 week but the disadvantage is that baby may already be in distress which could be fatal for both mother and child.

2. Caesarian Section.

Hubby said he has already signed for CS. I gave him a hand shake that he made the right decision the most important thing is mother and baby alive irrespective of the birth method I don't care.
I and hubby prayed together, I was wheeled to the theatre, shaved, urine catheter inserted. At that point, I started crying and a senior nurse put me to her shoulder pleading with me not to please cry. That I should be strong. She was begging me that my cry can lead to high BP which will be another serious case. The anaesthetics a woman came, injected my spine and covered my front with a green cloth...she started asking me how I'm feeling, I told her I was feeling some shock on my legs. I could no longer feel anything from my waist down..meanwhile I didn't even know when the doctors started cutting and tearing. The anastetics came to me and said oya madam pray for us as I was praying, I started dosing off she kept slapping me to please stay awake. I opened my eyes again and told her to please play me some music. She asked me what kind of music I said gospel. She started playing me gospel music and gisting with me at the same time. Hubby kept on encouraging me. By 7:45pm, my princess was brought out and I heard her crying out her lungs immediately I heard her cry, I asked is that my baby crying, they said yes. I started crying too... they said ahn ahn she is her daddy's carbon copy. The daddy said at least i stole the sex while he stole the look.

I also asked the doctor does she have hair? they all started laughing Doctor said his wife asked the same question immediately she delivered. They brought my snow white princess for me to see and also pray for her. When they were through with that process, I heard the doctors asking themselves now the question is can we remove the fibroid or not? He said OK let's proceed that was how the second round of surgery started. MYOMECTOMY!
They removed 3big ones and my husband came and showed me I told him I didn't want to see he said OK sorry ma I was perceiving some smell I didnt like probably from cutting and sewing I told them please I want to throw up. They brought a bowl close to my mouth...I could not even throw up again cos it went back. Below is the massive fibroid that was removed...3 of it.

The fibroid is the same size as the baby I wonder how I survived with everything and baby inside me. I weighed 99 during pregnancy and after delivery, i am weighing 87...My God is a big God.

I went for antenatal today, 38+6 wks and I’m 2-3cm dilated but baby is not engaged yet. Aside from regular BH contractions, I feel nothing. Dr suggested a membrane sweep but I changed my mind last min, i’ll Just wait jore.

My pcv was 35% after my surgery o, even my doctor asked me what I took sef ,because throughout my pregnancy my pcv was 29.When you buy,make sure u use all before the leaf turns yellow.

9.2 is very low mama, eat more green leafy veggies! Just stem it with dried,
fresh fish or crayfish and eat like that or with rice.

Squeeze Ugu and drink the water don't add milk.

Chew garden egg leaf.

Adding a blood tab to the veggie meal will give you a boost in a week or two.


Mine was 10.5 when started antenatal and my doctor placed me on ferrous tablet immediately.

A healthy gauge for a pregnant woman should be 12. Up wards.

thanks even d first time i checked it was 9.4, only for me to check second time it was now 9.2, am taking the vegetable, buh seems i ve to put extra effort. plus am in a place wai i cant easily get the ugu.

we got bak home and wifey ate a bit but almost err1 at home have one issue or the other about d day, we licked our wounds and sha force one another to bed, Next morning i woke up and went to freshen up (have to travel bak to work, some important report needed to be submitted). so as i was eating my rice ( grandma cldnt sleep so she passed tym with cooking) then wifey stood up from bed to peed and she called me that water again, Madam u feel any pain, she say no, instructed her to get her scan done and see d doctor ( was pissed about d whole thing already). left for Abeokuta and resumed work jejely , but i was not completely in d office. was doing my thing when she sent a screenshot of the new scan report, EDD shited to after 3days again. ajust glanced through and said okay ( missed the scan summary).

On a second look, i saw d word severe ( my heart hanged in my throat) her condition was termed SEVERE OLIGOHYDRAMNIOS , dragged google out and started reading again, then theh say its when the water protecting d baby is not enough, ah! i shivered. wifey is back with the doctor already and he advised a CS be done ASAP, not thinking twice i gave consent, told the report in office wanka! took the next bus bak to Lagos, pkugged in wifey favorite song (thats d only song on my phone ) . got bak as if i flew, wifey is vn prepared already, went home to change into something else ( have dis clothe i always picture me wearing qhen i meet my cute baby gal). On getting bak to the clinic, em say dey don start already Ahba! i ddnt get to talk to my wifey na, grandma was already calling d God she serves.)


Then something happened, my wife was screaming ontop of her voice, are this people mad? i thought, what am i paying for if my wife still screams and feel pain during her CS, drag one of the nurses that came out of the theatre and questioned why she was in pain, apparently wifey was subconscious and thinks she is just sikently praying, few minute i hear peson knack person and one voice started crying, grand ma acknowledged baby arrival in prayer started requesting her wife be retuned too ( definitly u will take your cash and then card when u use the machine). in like 40min or an hour, all was done, my wife was moved out, baby gal was cleaned up too at 3.2kg. tears dropped from my eye when wifey called me, first thing she said was dint worry, i will give you two more(wifey love me die) told her to chill then she started giving list if pple i need to call ( i hardly can live without her) took that and baby was brought to me, i ran( a whole baby, as in human being, and u say its my own) give baby to grandma i told nurse.


Grand ma blessed and blessed her, she said i shoukd meet her and bless her too, i couldnt pray, but made her d first promise on dis soil.

No matter how much weight you lose, the body has made it in a way that your baby gets its all it needs even if it has to make use of your stored fats.
Continue to eat healthy, a big baby will be big even if you go on a diet, a small baby will be small even if you eat like a glutton.
Genes also play a strong role, big boned people tend to birth big boned (heavy) babies, so if you and your dh aren't exceptionally big, dont expect a too big baby.
Some term babies are born 2.4-2.7kg and they go on to live well.



Eat healthy and leave the rest to nature, after all there's only so much you can do as long as the baby is still inside you

Try eating before you brush.
You can use a light mouthwash first to get the minty breath and then eat. When the food must have settled, then you brush your teeth.

The hungrier I get,the worse my nausea. So I eat eat eat
