Dude is not a doctor. At least not yet. He could be a medical student or lab scientist. Or gynaecologist could just be a slang to mean... He has women under his control as if he knows them too well

I know she isn't his patient, but I expect someone in his line to be more civil or should I say responsible. That was me assuming he is a gynaecologist.

I don't know how it works in medical sector, but in my own line...you just can't go about doing certain things because you are human. Or at least, don't get caught.

Yes there are professional ethics but these only applies within the confines of the profession. If you are not dealing with a patient, you are a human just like every else. If the guy is truly a doctor, asking that lady for sex doesn't make him less competent and irresponsible. He did it in the privacy of a chat.

theres no perfect human. Even at your work place, there are people who engage in abominable acts without regard to work environment rules.

There are doctors who smoke and still advice their patients against the danger posed to their health.

Asking for sex ordinarily does not make one guilty of sexual harassment. In the absence of offense on the receiving partner, it is hard to make a case for harassment. In this case, there was not even the chance for the man to harass because he was immediately blocked.
