Hide my ID please. My wife is a fan of your page,she introduced me to your page. Since I started reading your page,I must confess,I have been blessed. So much,I am now referring other married people to your blog.

My wife is a wonderful woman. She is a super star. I pray to God to help me so that I can really reward her for all her love and support. Can you believe that my wife has been supporting our family for almost two years? I made a horrible mistake four years ago. I was in the banking sector. I was doing very fine and taking care of my family and relatives cos I was making good money.

But I made a mistake by allowing the lifestyle I was living get to my head. I was chasing a female client that was very rich but a single lady. She was going to give me a huge account from her company if I agreed to be her lover. I initially refused but the pressure to meet target was so much and getting the woman’s account would make me relax from getting new targets for a long time. I eventually yielded. I tried to keep it a secret as much as I could. I had an affair with this woman for two years.

Writing this down makes me so sad for being stupid and desperate. I wonder why I didn’t walk away from the job with my integrity intact. My affair continued until this woman told me she was pregnant for me. I was enraged. I didn’t want to hear it. I told her it was not part of our agreement. She knew I was a married man. I tried to persuade her all I could but she was adamant and she went ahead....

.....to have the baby. That made me broke up with her and in her anger,she moved her account from my bank.

The bank was not happy they lost the account and I was not bringing any juicy accounts. I was asked to leave the bank eventually. I was sad and pained. I was actually so depressed that I couldn’t bring myself to start looking for a job. I was almost an deputy MD. Most banks I tried to apply with came with ridiculous targets. I eventually stopped looking for a bank job. About seven months later,I got a job in a company as a Banks reconciliation manager. The pay cut was a huge cut but I just wanted my peace of mind.

With all these things that happened,my wife took up the major responsibility in our home. She made sure our children didn’t drop out of the type of school they were used to. She took care of our house rent,daily upkeep,even my family members too. She never complained. That’s how it has been for almost two years.

I am a happy man but I see pictures of my child with that woman as she posts them on Facebook,etc. I am scared that one day,this might come to bite me. I love my wife and family to death,I cannot hurt them with this revelation. I once jokingly asked my wife if she would forgive me if I cheated on her while getting drunk. She responded that she will forgive me,as long as I don’t get another woman pregnant in the process.

So now,do I just keep quiet and let this secret be cos the woman has never bothered me for a day. I think she is just happy having a baby of her own. But my greatest fear is that the child might grow up one day and start looking for me.

What do I do? How do I handle this without loosing my family. If you ask me,I would rather die than see my wife leave me. Please advice me.
