listening was not funny oo. the discussion about a project in section 2 just before the map got me. To worsen matters, I wrote Zoo lens in section 1 question 10 instead of zoom. The last section I blanked out on about two answers only to recover from the question with electricity. Reading part 1 took a lot of my time. Na God hand everything dey o..... last last I dey fear.

Hello fam,

.......so I missed my speaking test today; registered with MOD. I have called and sent email but no favourable response per rescheduling.

Please what else can I do?

Thanks to everyone for their advice. I arrived at the LRW venue very early today with the hope of an early make-up speaking session. I spoke with all the ogas present at the test venue, went to their head office and was there till 7pm (begging like small pikin grin grin ) got agitated at a point......chai, I suffer today oooo. Didn't taste anything until past 7pm......long story short, though so people had their speaking today we (myself & 2other people) were not allowed. Those who had their speaking session today were scheduled/rescheduled for today. Our ill luck was that our initial test was yesterday, so no available speaking slot.

Gone through a lot embarassed embarassed cry cryon top this EE matter ...words can't explain how I feel presently but am sure it will end in praise. wink wink

The question on your mind should be, is the institution accredited or recognized?
When I started this race, I was so excited I would get two degrees but the PGD I did was not recognized.

Which pgd is that and from which institution.

80% of my pof was in t-bills. I submitted a letter from the bank which listed all the source of my funds as t bills, fixed deposit and current acc, so I submitted the certificate along with the letter from the bank.

Nazor83:
Goodmorning House,

Please I need explanation from those who used treasury bill certificates as part of their POF in their applications, does the bank need to state it in their letter to IRCC or one just needs to submit the certificate with an LOE to explain the details?

Thanks for your support.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by Nazor83: 10:07pm On Jun 30, 2018
Thanks a lot 1Misha.I appreciate. I will ask the bank to mention the T Bill in their letter.

Tnks alot found dis platform helpful.
BishopHNO:
For immigration purpose only, only your highest qualification is required. So evaluate your Masters, and whether the Masters is purely academic or not is immaterial.

For employment and further studies in Canada, your Bachelor evaluation may be required. So you could decide to evaluate both qualifications now, or the Bachelor later.

Good evening great minds, please can one get ECA report for degrees not yet issued? Degree already completed 2 years ago and transcript ready from the department but due to crisis degree is yet to be confered .

If yes I do like to know the assessing body that can issue ECA report without degree certificate

(Note: Transcripts and Notification of results from the department are available)

Great job you're all doing here. I am studiously following the thread, but I have question. I have sent my degree and school has sent my transcript to IQAS. How long do I have to wait before they acknowledge receipt? Thanks and a pleasant night rest to all.

I prepared using Cambridge IELTS materials, 1 - 12, I did all the Listening and Reading tests, I didn't bother much with Speaking and Writing. I got R9, 8.5L, S7.5 W7. Don't prepare with just ANY online material, prepare with the correct materials. Nothing beats Preparation. But then, it all depend on your English skill, if you're regular English user in Nigeria with few grammatical errors, prepare by/with yourselves, else, you may need more than self prep.

What helped me:
Attempt a complete test in Cambridge IELTS 8 upward.i.e. try LWR and S and grade yourselves, this would help you identify where you need to work on more.
Good luck.

If you've got a statement of result you may have a chance here. But you'd need to try. As long as you've completed all credit requirements for the degree, I don't see a problem.

You won't be writing anyhow.. No there for their, I will like for I would like, prove for proof, dot your Is and cross your Ts, correct spellings and punctuations etc. It is not a Nigerian situation. Get at the strategy to excel on each module. All the best!

It is most likely ready but call their helpline on 08150199900 and follow the voice prompt to speak with an agent to be sure your passport is ready for pick up. You'll be asked for your tracking number. When did you submit your passport btw?
Nwandy218:
Please who sent you the "ready for collection mail? I just got this from vfs. Is it same as ready?

"Dear Applicant,

We would like to inform you that your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 26 Jun 2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

You have just read a book that you found very useful. Write a letter to your friend, tell him/her about the book. In your letter:
1 describe the book.
2 tell him/her why you think the book is helpful
3 describe where he or she can get the book.
