Hi nairalanders, Hands free accessories are awesome part of our smartphones especially earpieces or headphones as the case may be.Unfortunately, earphones are rather delicate pieces of tech, regardless of whether they're expensive or not, they seem the most fragile no matter how we handle with care. I can't remember. I buy quality earpiece from one guy that imports at computer village. The one I buy is 'magnet ear piece' he sells around 1k wholesale price. I now use my gionee "follow come" ear piece and my madam uses my old infinix hot4 lite with the manget ear piece. I didn't use the infinix ear piece for once due to its poor quality. 4 Likes |

Jones100:Last time colleague of mine that recommended the ear piece to me checked, he doesn't have it anymore. Do you know computer village? I just called my colleague and he told me that the seller now has the ear piece in stock. I won't be going to Ikeja anytime soon because I am busy with some work at Tincan. I don't know how I can help. Maybe if I can get the seller's number I can send it to you so he can direct you to his shop. Tarivanessa: Then u are still buying fake or substandard. If u take care of ur headphones they don't get damaged easily if they are genuine. Pic 1; Sony SBH20. I call her the BASSMAN as the bass coming out of this thing is extraordinary. I got it for 10k and been using it since 2014. No problems. Pic 2: MEMT X5: Got this one for 6k5 2 months ago and the sound and build quality blew me away for a Chinese headphone. Not as much bass as the Sony but gives a more balanced sound. With these 2 headphones trust me u won't ever want to try anything substandard again or all these rubbish follow come that come with phones. I also have a jabra clipper that I have been using since 2012 but died on me January this year. 16 Likes

I bought an earpiece of 3.5k the following day I mistakenly placed an hot soldering iron on it, I managed to soldered it then two days later it fell inside Canal then I realized village people are very real. 47 Likes |

greenhulk: I totally agree with you on this one. I have the Sony SBH20 too, bought mine in 2013 for about ₦6500 and still going strong, I've had to change the earplugs 2ce though, but the command centre is still jamming. Then I use the Mi super Bass earpiece with braided cables as back up. And the sound is awesome. Funny enough I got it on Jumia for just ₦1650, sometime last year and it's still working excellently. 4 Likes |
