The guy is right. In as much as i dont want to support evil, those skulls might be gotten during one of those inter-village wars pervalent in cross river state. You thought wrong. Being a traditional healer doesn't give you permission to be in possession of human skulls because you might actually be committing murder silently.

Yes, they do. He claimed something doesn't mean that the prosecutors and the judge will agree with him. No private citizen is allowed to be in possession of human skull, it's a crime on its own.
