it depends on what type of gifts,the occasion and regularity honestly it depends on many things,it all boils down to the ones you find acceptable and your wife's character as well but generally it's not OK for your wife to receive gifts from men |

One dude up there just cracked my ribs. I guess it's wrong for a married woman to accept gifts from men but it all depends on the circumstance, the people involved and the kind of gift. Last time I travelled, one of my superior's wife asked me to buy her a gift from Africa and I bought a bead for her and the husband was aware and even asked why I didn't buy for him. An average black man might have not liked my gesture towards his wife. So it all depends on the scenario and the people involved. |

well, it depends on the circumstances n the kind of gift. E.g, if he is someone like her colleague at work that brought gift after holiday trip or occasion , no big deal. But if she go about asking, that's a problem or one casual yeye friend |

There is nothing wrong but the woman has to control herself and be very very open and clear to the other person dishing out gifts. I personally once I get a gift, I will make sure my partner knows about it. Some women don’t send or care about you feelings. Men should not allow ‘Love’ biases their thinking.
