Please, can anyone help me out on this POF?
I sold my Land to raise fund for my proof of Fund but the buyer pays in instalment for the period of 6 month's. I hope my letter of explanation will hold water if the landed property document doesn't have C of O? But has other documents.

Secondly, I have some borrowed money in my account to make it up to the POF, can I return the borrowed money after submitting my application with the statement of account?

Please, I need answer to these questions

If you have evidence to show that the land was yours and if possible get a supporting document to back up the payment plan, Then No wahala...
As per borrowed money, me i no know oo because you are not supposed to borrow money as part of POF in the first instance

It's a CRS thing but your family first don't mean extended for those that are married.[qquote author=Tojued post=69273741]

You're missing the point. He stands a better chance of getting ITA if his spouse doesn't apply. it's a CRS thing.[/quote]

It is not compulsory to show Cof O. Show receipt of sale and any documents that has to do with the transfer of Land (Make sure a deed of assignment is drawn up by a lawyer) and also attach the title document of the land even if is survey

For your second question, it is better you have the funds available because they could request the documents again e.g if your fixed deposit is for one month and as at the time the VO wants to look in your document that one month has elapsed. It is possible they request for another fixed deposit letter. Also make sure you have a good explanation for any lump sum sent into your account.

Looks good but why will I paid RPRF upfront and they won't see it, thereby delaying my processing. Can I sue them?

Not quite correct. They need to spend 2 years out of 5 years to renew PR, and 3years out of 5 for citizenship.
Duly noted

It was not supposed to generate an argument but apparently you interpreted it differently. I could say a whole lot of things but they are not necessary.

However, I would like to point out that criticisms can be made without being insulting. Life is easier making friends than war.

Sunmisire:
Happytbaby am sure you didn't see anything like she is next in that post. That's how you people would start stupid arguements again. I said am missing her and not she is next.
Please anybody that don't have anything good to say should leave my post in peace oooo.

You must not tamper with your POF post ITA until you are guaranteed PPR. Reason is you could be asked for your statement of account post ITA.

Only when you quote author=ademo1 post=69281532]Please, can anyone help me out on this POF?

Entry requirement:

Your UCI number (the 8 or 10 digit number that’s assigned to individuals by IRCC): Please note that every participant must have this number on hand before being admitted into the session. If you are unable to locate this number, kindly let us know ahead of time.

Please, ejo, help. Thank you.

Hello All,

I am new here and have some questions please. I will appreciate any and all responses.

Thing is, i have over 5years of work experience but they are all in different job fields; Customer service/call centre rep, marketing (bank) and currently admin....My marketing experience is 2years 9months and i am not sure IRCC will recognize that as 3years so it may lower my CRS points. Although i had training school before the bank job for 4months and i received stipends during this period but i heard the bank will not issue me a letter for that period.

Now my question is, can i combine 2 different NOCs or do i use 1 NOC for all my experiences so that i can at least have 3years work experience and then i'll just get reference letters from all the employers?

I'll appreciate the responses so i can start planning ahead.

Thank you all.

No one ever said statement of account showing salary deposit was compulsory. Get your reference letter in strict CIC format and let them mention you were paid in cash. If you can get pay slips from the company to support the letter then you should be good to go.

Thank you very much

Hi Ella,

Combining more than one NOC is fine as long as it falls under category A,B or 0 (Customer service/call centre is category C so it will not count)
