IMHO, I think it is lack of education on the men's part regarding the importance of sperm in fertilising women's egg. The most pressing need of most men is Premature ejaculation since it affects our ego and psychology thus Most men even don't understand nor try to ascertain whether they possessed appropriate and adequate sperm quantity and Quality .... It's all about Burantashi ....

Me, I don't care about lasting longer anymore , I only care about sperm quality and quantity . For you to achieve that, you have to invest in balance diet, fruits and shun Hazardous foods or intake !
