You have to learn life first.

Life is not a about getting everything you want.

And one bad day, does not equate a bad life.

In the good old days, we'll go out and have a drink at the bar with strangers or go see a game when we are having a bad day.

Now, y'all just stare at your phone and assume your many online friends are worth anything. No they're not.

Go out and experience nature, meet new people and find new habits.

Don't drown in your misery.

Op, it's somewhat a normal thing. Depression is an epidemic of the 21th century. Due to many factors, millennials trend to slide into depression when they feel their dream isn't being achieved or they are not on track to fulfillment.

I think marijuana would help you a lot. Don't use drugs cos you're likely to get stuck to whatever help you overcome this challenging time.

Dear op, I will tell u something that happens early this week.
So I lost a lot of money in investments and bad deals, my business was going south and I didn't know what was happening.left my only car in d mechanic and u guessed right I was depressed. I felt d world was conspiring against me and God himself wasn't answering my numerous pleas and repentance.
So on Thursday I went to consult a popular man of God in port Harcourt. Got to his office by 10am to a long queue of people with the same mission. While waiting, I got talking with a couple of guys both old and young, married and single and we shared our story and experience,
My dear after hearing other peoples stories, I was more grateful to God, it's not that my problems are resolved, but I was thankful that I am not in their shoes.
After reading this, learn if you will.

I agree 100% with what you wrote, maybe except the drink aspect.

We're so 'connected' in today's world, yet often so lonely. I was trying to explain something similar to someone days back.
