Honestly, I just have to say, through out the World cup, I discovered something powerful in Pogba, he has the charisma of a great leader, despite the influence of the coach and the captain. He held the midfield tightly, he commanded great power and movement in the French team. He used his Africa strength to defend very well.

However, he seems to lack concentration in front of goal, for example he could have scored two goals in the last game. Pogba has a playful spirit. He seem to be a nice guy to me.

I believed with a lot of hardwork and seriousness, he would be a commanding figure in the football world.

Lastly, Morinho should explore these attributes by giving him more responsibility in his team.
