Absolutely yes! As a general rule,the word " beauty " is often associated with women ,but there is an exception which remove the seal completely: beautiful men/boys. Biologically, the genetic factor that makes it possible to describe a boy or a man as "beautiful", is something that is traceable to the feminine features they possess facially (Eyes,brows etc).

Yeah ! Genetically it is correct description. Think of Brad Pitt,George Clooney,Omar Borkan etc

The issue is simply that MALE BEAUTY is not really prized in this culture /clime. Most Asian men are very beautiful and thinking of the growing trend of male model in South Korea validates my point.

I am a very beautiful man( Not boasting). But it is a very hard fact I have finally had to accept ,even though society wants me to think otherwise. In a country like ours most people are likely to believe you're are a gay man simply because of how you look. It takes you and nobody else to alter such impression . A man can be beautiful and have no gay inclinations
