My nickname is HEELS, so you should be ready for the noise.

Ingredients for the vegetable soup
The vegetable itself
Palm oil
Blended tatashe and little tomatoes- just 80%smooth (I don't eat peppery foot, that's the reason for my combination?. My mum doesn't use tomatoes for vegetable at all
Smokes fish
Chopped beef (one major ingredient that is missing is ponmo-i forgot to buy it?
Onions
Locusts beans
Ground crayfish
Salt.

Procedure
Pluck and chop the vegetables, set that aside
Boil water, pour the vegetables inside and add pinch of salt.
Remove the pot from fire, set that aside as well
Melt palm oil in another pot, add chopped onion and fry for a minute, add the pepper mix, add locust beans and cray fish
If the mix is thick, add stock and allow to cook
When it's almost done, add Salt, smoked Fish, chopped beef. If the beef isn't very soft, add earlier. If you are using ponmo, add immediately the pepper mix is added to enable it cook very well.
When it's well cooked, add the vegables.
Mix together and allow simmer for 2 minutes.

So I decided to join the puff train.
Unfortunately couldn't get the round shape
Most were shapeless so I respected myself and only took pics of the ones that were a bit ok.

Back in those days,I will always beg my dad to eat eba because I hated washing the pot.

Now my husband will just pretend as if he cannot even swallow the thing. Back to making Amala.
