To get the crunchy texture,u have to keep an eye on it esp wen it starts turning to brown colour.Keep stirring and remove as soon as it is done.Sorry not in Jos now,would have helped u.

The cold? I'm just counting down to October when I'll leave for good and return to warm Lagos. It's getting worse these days with fogs and the rain but God's in control. Thank you

~Meat pie (Someone here shared how she made meat pie. I decided i was gonna try it. Mine was baked with electric pressure cooker. I use the cooker to bake cake too.
~Bitter leaf soup. (Thats breakfast/lunch/dinner.. past 7pm, thats when im having my first meal of the day.)
Rice/Chicken/plantain (Last sunday's lunch)

I enjoy doing this every now and then.

I will never stop visiting this thread embarassed
