My advice,

Write a very strong appeal (email) to the embassy, explaining your situation and the unfortunate fate you faced last year, which is about to repeat it self this year.
After that, Do same letter to the consular general, explaining your case, attach all the evidence.
And please be sure you are telling the truth and nothing else, but the truth. Please do not make up stories. send this letter via courier or Nipost registered mail.
then Go down on your knees and do the needful.

I just got admission to study scientific instrumentation at the university of applied science Jena dated 25th July 2018, I applied for visa appointment on the 27th still yet to get a reply from the embassy. Information I got from the embassy that no more visa appointment for winter section and I have completed my blocked account since last year when I first applied for the same from the embassy that they have booked out student visa for winter session. My question is....how can I still go for this visa appointment coz my enrollment date is on the 10th of October 2018. I'm just speechless, after long waiting

why not Photocopy of the student visa and Admission letter and keep passport safe at home? At best coloured print out ?

Alright, I guess someone as already explain more on it, after ur approval mail, u send ur passport and travel insurance, with proposed date of entry via post mail to the embassy

ask the university you'll attend for a breakdown of living expenses. Without this, I don't think any bank would want to fund your blocked account.

Please the poster is talking about A2-C1 and not start Deutsch 1. start deutsch one classes can be taken anywhere and then you come to Goethe for the exams. whereas the certificate of participation for the classes is given only in Goethe f and only if you attend the classes in Goethe. you cant take a class in unilag and expect uniabuja to give you certificate of participation.

I know what the poster wrote dear. You said and I quote....."The certificate is only issued in Goethe meaning you have to attend the classes in Goethe before you can be issued a certificate".
The above statement was what I wanted to correct. You can take classes elsewhere, register for the exams at the Goethe institute and get the certificate.

And on the 6th day I got my stamped passport delivered to me by FedEx.

In what regards? Do you mean by law or that this is generally a time period you are not allowed to work? I don't really understand where you are coming from but one is allowed to work right when you step in as long as you have your work permit, either permanent or temporary.

Head branch in Benin and their reason is that they can't use form A for an account that hasn't my name on it
