Enque my simple recipe.

Mix palm oil with ngor( palm fond ash) or potash some use bicarbonate soda. Add a bit of water.
Stir till it thickens.

Add seasoning cubes, pepper and ugba and stir . Pour in the casava stripes, chopped garden egg, crayfish, onion and anara leaf, stir till the oil is properly distributed. You can place on fire to warm up a bit or just serve cold.

Serve with fried fish, stock fish, ponmo etc.
