Guys wahala dey o,My visa has been approved here in Germany and I have been waiting for them to send my passport and did not get it until I sent them an email requesting for the status of my passport.
They sent me a mail asking me to come for another interview making the third time after I was initially rejected making it the third time I am going to the embassy.
As anyone been in this situation before?
I will be going there again on Thursday and the deadline to enroll is August 16 2018. Now I have limited time.
I am also thinking is it possible that the university told them I can no longer enroll being that orientation is today and resumption is officially today.

No fears, just go there and hear them out. They might have one or two questions to ask you. If the date on your I-20 is 16th, you still have the chance to get in. Best of Luck!

Depending on the school and state you are going to for the tuberculosis test. Every state has their health policies and some state requires this but of course it is done right there in the state and not from africa.
Incomparable:
Hello house, Pls, is "Person/entity paying for your trip as shown in travel section on form DS-160" the same as "sponsor, i.e person sponsoring my school fees and my stay abroad"? I don't want to make silly mistakes.

And, is it mandatory for all non-immigrants (students) to undergo tuberculosis test?

Oh yes you can go with the scanned copy. Should they ask why , you simply tell them why. Their main concern is for it to be legit whether it is in black and white or coloured.
Flaame:
Please can someone just answer me....Can I go to embassy with a scanned copy of my bank statement? It is legit but I got it via my email, not hardcopy Pls...I need ur opinions ASAP!

You are silly. You and your kinds should learn to have facts before passing dis-reputing comments on people. So new member of a group can not offer to render a service? Do you think everyone out there is dishonest? Keep your mind open and allow good to florish. I understand what people do and I am not a party to your assumption. You should tender an apology. You are supposed to verify something before concluding.

I didn't read this your comment before asking you to email me earlier. One thing you all must know is, there are still few good people around. You all should just learn to find personal conviction within. You can't get anywhere if you sit back and take other people's opinion to form your own hypothesis. Do you know what's involved in helping you pay for SEVIS? It means leaving some time to go to western union shop and do you know it means by " time is money"? You won't understand this till you get here. The stress that would be involved in helping you pay is in itself much in that I would have asked you to go meet someone if you live in lagos, abeokuta or abuja with the naira equivalent and hand it to the person only after i send you the western union receipt and you verify your SEVIS status right there before leaving. All just to put your mind at rest. I know the struggle.

See, making it or moving ahead in life involves work, dedication and following matters to the very end and if you remain that man who will not strife or go all out to do what must be done until it is done, you keep being swept here and there by people. It is sad that we are going through this act of seeing a potential suspect in everyone now and I can only ask God to lead everyone right through all their steps and decisions.

Don't bother to write me no more... as I would NOT reply. I wish you success in your interview and onward progress in life!

And if moniker was created same day request was made..it expressly suggest to you and yours that it is with an intent to hurt someone? I know the struggle.. and I am sure you are one of the teenagers who use social media to rub shoulders with rest of the society without applying your God given sense of wide reasoning. Next time, a conclusion is drawn with premise on both sides of the argument.

If you are already thinking of giving up on your studies, this is a call for you to rise up and chase good education. It's not about the diploma or the titles that would line up behind your name, but about your level of reasoning and how you make your judgement and decisions in life.

is it possible to change my appointment date just 2 days before the interview?
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 13 by Differentials1: 5:20pm On Aug 07, 2018
You can log into the system using your passport number, date of birth and country of citizenship, you can select cancel or reschedule appointment from the options on the Applicant Summary page. You can change the appointment date (cancel, reschedule) as many times as you need before the deadline for doing so. Just check via your online profile and you can confirm if or not the deadline has passed.

You can blab all you want, with the prevalence of scammers on Nairaland and this thread, it is definitely a red flag when your first post the same day your moniker was created is about helping with sevis payment.

And despite all you have written, you have not offered any concrete proof that you are not a fraudster. If you are legit, you should not be new to Nairaland and should have an old moniker.

It would have been foolish of anyone to take up your offer and you can't really blame those that warned him.

Everyone should just be careful. Even issues arise when old, known members help with payments not to talk of newly minted monikers on a faceless forum.

Yes that should be the sponsor

Second the test in not mandatory as a blank rule... it then depends on each school requirement. If your school needs it then yes and I think you can do any test or immunisation in Nigeria. If your school doesn't ask for it then don't worry about it
