Mamas, I suggest we use both Wednesday and Thursday. Fasting: 6am to 12pm or any how ur strength can carry u and the d fasting will be backed up by midnight prayer starting from 12midnight to at least 12:30am. Then we now come and showcase our faith bump on Sunday starting from 12pm.

Pink? Pinkish discharge 2d best of my knowledge is implantation bleeding. Some women also get white or yellow discharge during early pregnancy. Pls dnt take any drug 4d cramps. Me tink baby is trying 2 attach vry well 2d uterus. I stand 2b corrected though. Let me say congrats in advance & kip my fingers crossed 4u. If u can get progesterone boosters, it'd be gud. No stress or hardwork 4u. Avoid pineapple, pawpaw, zobo, peppersoup, kunu etc All d best

Hello everyone, i am a regular peeper and to the glory of God i want to announce my BFP as a second time mom to be and also share my WIDD.

After my first child two years ago,i actively started trying for another child early this year but nothing seems to happen rather i suddenly began to experience weird menstrual cycle like overly lengthy or spotting before i see the actual period.i became worried because it signalled maybe hormonal imbalance.
I really do not enjoy taking drugs as such so i decided to search possible underlining causes so i can combat it from the root rather than just take drugs first. Stress was ruled out so i checked other areas i was lagging and found out that i dont pass bowel regularly and this is really bad because used up hormones or exesses are passed in stool and if you dont release them regularly they get reabsorbed back into the system which over time can distort the hormonal balance entirely.so i knew i am a sucker for drinking water and this could have been the trigger for my irregular bowel movement.
What i did was from when i saw my period last month i started a warm water therapy first thing in the morning before i eat,i drank a glass of warm water and before 20mins i must go to the loo,then i continued with room temperature water for the rest of the day.i did this daily thereby emptying bowel daily for one month in a row.i felt always lighter and it has become a life style now for me.i was expecting my period yesterday but it didnt showup,i tested early this morning and i was graced with a BFP.we bless God.pls its an inexpensive way of detoxing and helping to balance hormones,which is what makes getting pregnant a bit challenging if the hormones are going off key.lets all make it a lifestyle ,God will visit us all.Amen

you can also do baking soda finger n don't forget to take your folic acid, very important.

I pray so, but when I googled it, its so negative about bleeding mid cycle... That it could be due to stress, which truly I was stressed to the extent I didn't eat or taste water for 2days, also it says it could ectopic pregnancy etc

Hi mamas thanks for keeping the thread and the fasting and prayer idea. I just wanted to share something with mamas who experience sore boobs before AF. Evening primrose and omega 369 is efficient. Before I experience very painful breast and all sorts atleast 10days before my period but I took those two supplements and I didn't feel any of the funny symptoms this time.
