Ingredients:
peppers: mixture of ball peppers(tatashe) and scotch bonnet, I like to add dried chili pepper (I think it’s called shombo)
Onions
Meats: anyone of your choice, I used cow cheekmeat,beef tripe(inu eran), stockfish and prawns (you cans add dried fish,Ponmo and all for more flavor)
Iru
Vegetables: depending on what you prefer ugu,spinach etc. I used spinach and kale leaves.

Boil all your meats in a pot till it’s very tender, then drain with a colander to get broth.
Blend your peppers with onions into a coarse mixture and boil in a pot till it’s near dry (not a must but I don’t like my vegetables swimming inside water).
Pour palm oil in a pot and heat for a while, then pour onions and fry till it’s golden brown.
Then add your pepper mixture and fry for 15 minutes or till you can see the oil on the surface.
Pour your meat broth, stir for a while, then add your stock fish, dried fish etc, iru and grounded crayfish, allow to cook for a while, then add your meat, stir, then taste for seasoning consistency, add more seasoning to your taste, allow Everything cook on medium heatfor a while to release all the flavors.
Pour in your chopped vegetables,stir and leave on medium heat for 7mins and your soup is ready.
