Am so proud of the 13 years old chef, my dream for my daughter to be able to cook and bake so well at that age.

It's not chicken, I didn't use chicken, It's stock fish (okporoko). I cooked it d way we cook yam porridge. As d plantain is boiling, I added my ingredients... seasoning cubes, salt, pepper, onion, stock fish, crayfish, redoil..then allowed it to cook for sometime then added vegetables (scent leave and utazi). I forgot to snap the end product.
