I don't think so, this same number has flashed me up 3 times and I have not applied for study permit or anything related to Canada visa. I think we should investigate that number well. I guess it has nothing to do with VO

Please is it complosory to take test of English exam to get Canada Study permit ? I just applied to the University of Saskatchewan ms Applied Mathematics they didn't require test for English for the admission...

If this is the 1st time you are applying for a Canadian Visa, you can leave it blank. The UCI is a number that is generated for each applicant after he applies for a Canadian Visa for the 1st time. Then that number can be used in subsequent Visa applications.

So leave it blank.
