1. Your certificate (B.sc, HND, OND, SSCE etc)
2. Go to ICAN website for application fee
3. Pay the required amount at any commercial bank
4. Collect your pin no
5. Fill the form
6. Print it out and have a qualified member (financial member) to sign on the form and your credentials
7. Submit the form at ICAN office in Oyingbo Lagos
8. Afterwards you will get a student no
9. If you are qualified for exemption you apply after

For ACCA...if you are in Lagos

Ican holders is equivalent to ICAEW of England and Wales. 5 years post qualification proven experience is needed for that.

And now ICAN is made higher in level and grade than ACCA. ICAEW fact finding team made their report concerning it and are signing a *full reciprocal* arrangements with ICAN to obtain their ACA membership *without writing any exams.*

that you studied accounting does not not make u an accountant na. What if they work in other fields

ACCA professionals are working in over 180 countries so there are quite a lot of options available.

ICAN professionals work.in Nigeria alone once.ypu travel or you want to get a c-level appointment they will request you have ACCA, even here in Nigeria
