kaorama:Lol... Throwing unverified figures as usual. Not only 400k out of 1million. Say 900k. ![]() I was born and have lived most of my life in Lagos apart from some years I was out of the country, I can tell you for a FACT that apart from Amuwo Odofin and by extension to Ago-Okota, Igbos do not dominate any other part of Lagos. The fact that you have visited Ladipo and went to Trade Fair and Alaba does not mean you have seen 5% of Lagos.... Call me a slave from now till forever... Na your problem. Anybody can be anything and called anybody anything online... I know who I am. Let me leave you to your chest beating and delusion as usual. Time will tell. Una never tired if marginalization song... Una just start. |

atiku4President:See how far back you had to reach? In the case of Dr. Azikiwe, you're talking about our late colonial to early independence history. The colonial masters, for all their faults, left pretty capable people in charge. Asides Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, we had Sir Tafawa Balewa and other more than capable hands at the helm of affairs so clearly, merit was a factor in picking leaders at that time. Even when Dr. Alex Ekwueme came around we were just phasing into the current Nigerian reality. In today's Nigeria however, all that is gone and you'd have to play your politics right to get power - and the Igbos aren't at the moment. |

MrJanuzaj:igbos should forget presidency as far as Nigeria is concerned.... Bubu is not reliable, he's only going to promise and fail the igbos. All he's doing is just to get the 5percent votes he claimed he never wanted. |

Is only God that will judge you the writer and Buhari + APC. My question to u is that Igbo's never voted for the terrorist in 2015 YES . but you send your operation python dance to kill our brothers n sisters, you took away Nnamdi kanu. what of them that voted him what happened. Benue state he paid them back with herdsmen killings, peoples corps everywhere. Borno , zamfara, platua, state etc bokoharam/ abduction of Dapchi schools girls continues Do we easily forgot the only Christian school girl who was not released because of her Christian faith?. Or do we talk about all the atrocities this APC Fulani party has done to human race?. Only time will tell. |

"When Igbos want to vote for a Yoruba President, they do so because his party, personality, antecedents and current political stands appeal to them. When they want to vote a Fulani President, same as above applies. When they want to vote for an Ijaw President, the same measures apply. However, when the idea of voting for an Igbo president appears on the horizon, we hear lines like :- They must reach out to others. They must build bridges. They must accept others. They must come together amongst themselves first(as if they're killing each other) They must present one consensus candidate. I didn't see Ijaw elders scanning the nooks and corners of Igboland trying to reach out before we accepted and voted Jonathan. The Obas and Afeniferes weren't all over Igboland begging with kolanuts and alligator pepper before we voted Obasanjo. The Emirs and the Imams from Hausa/Fulani land didn't invade Igboland in their numbers, holding symposia here and there before we voted Bashir Tofa and Umaru Musa Yar'adua in Presidential elections. You see ehh...... If a man wants to beat a wife he detests, he could go as far as accusing her of making "one kind" eye to him in the dark or she failed to add palm oil to the ripe palm fruits she served him. If you know, you know" :- Eric Uchenna Chimara |

Ndiigbo don't need Nigerian Presidency, only Igbo political jobbers desire such. Anyone thinking they can woo Ndiigbo with useless things such as "Nigerian presidency", is naive and in immediate need of psychiatric examination. We have been told that APC and Buhari don't need our votes to win, and we certainly agree. What we don't understand is this desperation for our 5% votes coming from APC and Buhari camp. Everyone knows what the average Igbo man on the streets of Aba, Enugu, Onitsha, Awka, Umuahia, Orlu, Abakaliki, Okigwe, Owerri, Arochukwu, Nnewi, Ekwulobia, Umunze, Afikpo want. And it's not redundant presidency of a third world country with no future prospects. |

How would voting APC in 2019 guarantee Igbo presidency in 2023?? What has the APC government done to include Igbos? What major project has been completed or started in the SE since 2015?? Has the Buhari administration been beneficial to the Igbos? Does Tinubu harbour a personal ambition for 2023? Honestly, the Buhari administration so far has confirmed the suspicions of most Igbos -he is not a nationalist and is a nepotic. He seems too outdated to govern a complex and diverse country as Nigeria, his administration has failed woefully to deliver on his campaign promises. The regions that voted massively for him (SW and The middle belt) have their fair share of disappointment in this administration. Anyone that talks of voting Buhari come 2019 is either selfish and wicked or ignorant. |

Myjanuzaj:So if the Igbo's supports APC but the APC ends up loosing the elections in 2019 what would you say of them, well you people can go ahead n support APC if it ends well good if it back fires then you still blame yourselves, by the way y did you avoid the other parts of my comments in your response? |

DozieInc:We know the current admin is working on a lot of projects in the SE including the 2nd NB that the PDP you followed for 16 years didn't bother to start and complete, but you are yet to ask yourself the same question Why not ask yourself or even show yourself the projects the PDP started and completed in the SE less than 3 years from 1999-2003 and even within the 16 years they spent in office. If you are going to ask silly questions, do it with a little common sense and intelligence. You don't need any excuse to keep following the PDP, just keep following, self-destruction is your societal character anyways. . |

For your mind, you think TINUBU will let go APC and his presidential ambition? OP you must be living in fools paradise. His wife Oluremi recently converted to Christianity. Have asked yourself why? Let's tell you, she will either be contesting the gubernatorial seat in Lagos or become a deputy governor. Politics in Nigeria is about interest and more so personal selfish interest. I don't give a damn about who is president, all that matters now is that Buhari vacates the place for us. When we get to the bridge we shall cross it |

MrJanuzaj:Get it right in your head bro, we are not after Igbo presidency, all we are after is restructuring which your grandfather Buhari said he doesn't know what it means. If Saraki can pave way for restructuring which I believes he can then to hell with your quest for Igbo presidency. |

pazienza:Thanks for this post. The most disappointing thing to me is that some of our people fail to see through the different standards they set for the Igbo person. Very annoying!!! The Igbo is the only Nigerian expected to be a perfect human being. Other Nigerians can be stupid and behave in scandalous manner and still will be free of harsh scrutiny. |

Oga op, with all this well constructed grammer and good point you made. I need you to answer this question based on tribal and religious nature of Nigeria now. ( because that's what politics in Nigeria now is all about) If APC should field an Igbo man as president (even with buhari campaining for him) and PDP brings out an Hausa man as president, who do u think will win? Even if u r to lie to me in ur response, make sure u tell yourself the truth |

deomelo:The current administration is a national disaster... which Niger bridge??, the one seen only in pictures?, maybe the projects are too big to be seen or They are spiritual projects. They say questions exposes deception... you are just spewing the usual lies. I know you are working really hard to defend your pay masters... but that shouldn't excuse stupidity. Give Igbos and Nigerians one legitimate reason to re-elect Buhari. How would voting Buhar in 2019 ensure Igbo presidency in 2023? |

mightguy:But Pdp for 16 years never gave you presidency. Not even a vice. And they are not ready to give you the chance now. All their strong candidates are not Ibo. You people are very poor in politics. But you will not accept it so that you can make the necessary ammendments. |
