Yes, it is Wayyyyyy better, it has HDR+ mode, slow motion, panorama, Portrait mide(which i love so much though it only works with the rear shooter)

Download another Gcam apk , I have always used portrait mode for both front and rear cameras on mine, Redmi note 4x.

Do I have to do a backup of my files before I go ahead and unlock.
Or in words, will I lose my files in the process of unlocking my phone.?

Back up to your SD card or your internal memory,then you can transfer same to a laptop.

MY Xiaomi redmi note 4 torch (flash) light not coming up, even if a snap picture self.

yeah, aint third party. the font name is hannotate and the theme. mi-os by Tasveer lakar. u can get d font from dyna font by changing ur region to india
